I'm planning to repost this monthly until I find a solution. There must be someone with the same problem.
From one of the patches which was months ago I have problems with non-functioning friend list. I don't get messages from people who text me. People don't get messages from me when they are on my friend list.
I restart the game. Tried on the PC. The client on the PC sends an error 7001. Some people have told me that error should mean I was blocked but I know I'm not blocked. That happens with every single person I try to talk to as long as they are on my friend list.
I talk to other players without problems.
I don't even know how to contact Blizzard considering this. I played couple of other online games and I never had problems coming in touch with support. As far as I can see the only thing they want me to do is post this problem on the Forum hoping someone will answer which doesn't happen.
