Heya, I play hardcore DH exclusively and recently started <HCS Demon Hunters> for hardcore seasonal DH's to loot share, theorycraft, and just do stuff together. It's currently set to invite-only so hit me up at timoseewho#1824 and i'll shoot you one.
Thanks

I can't tell you precisely how much damage you're losing going with the 55 besides the fact that it is half as good haha
From my experience, as long as you have Yang's and a cubed coat or armor piece with rcr of any sort, you don't need anymore rcr or ihr in this case
I'd go with the vit one, besides it has more ias:D
The best setup is use the vit on this slot and get ad in other slots like gloves/shoulders

well, i hate to say this, but you're playing the build that a huge majority of DH's are playing, pretty cookie cutter stuff, and i can almost guarantee you that a huge chunk of them are running Invigoration, it's really a no brainer. i think you really need to practice playing without it since you're really killing your damage that way. i'll let the fact that you have Bat instead of Wolf slide as that's not as big a deal, but keep in mind Wolf also helps you tank to some extent
i don't even know what to say about you falling behind in groups picking stuff up, you have to figure out the things you should pick up and not (if you still need to craft a weapon, sure pick up whites, if not, don't, if you still need to craft a Reaper's Wraps, grab the blues, if not, don't, same goes for gems)
about the 10:1, it's widely accepted that for example, if you have 300cd, you should also aim for 30cc, keeping a nice balance, instead of 500cd and 15cc (so use your paragon points to play around it to maintain close to 10:1). you are correct about movement speed, it caps at 25%, including your feet, so it seems that you have 12% on your feet, so you just need another 13% from points, which is 26 clicks
as a DH, toughness is not something that should concern you, a lot of the abilities in this game is avoidable (there's always that occasional 1 shot jailer, but that's rare). recovery is nice, but not necessary as well, as a DH, your job is to provide the hurt
you can either sit around and wait for changes to come in 2 months or try to learn the current meta and enjoy the game for 2 months lol

oh, odd, it doesn't show that the os on the neck is from a reroll haha, naw, keep it that way

your gear looks good for the most part, assuming you're playing correctly (ie. keeping a keen eye out for orbs / using Preparation/Companion), i would:
-roll Sentry% higher on shoulders
-reroll dexterity to physical% on neck
-reroll vitality/life% to Sentry% on chest
-reroll dexterity to cc/cd (whichever one you're lacking to hit a 1:10 cc:cd ratio) on SoJ
-reroll lph to cc/cd (whichever one you're lacking to hit a 1:10 cc:cd ratio) on RoRG
*-reroll vitality to Sentry% on quiver, though this is quite a chunk of vitality, so i'd play around with it keeping above 8M toughness, even possibly consider using a life% gem instead to maintain the toughness
-last but not least, if you can afford it, upgrade the gems on your chest/legs and make sure you're putting pl points in rcr
Unity's aren't as important for us because we can take advantage of Sentry's shooting offscreen, etc. and just go yolo-dps
best of luck!

you need to dump the Dawn for a crossbow since the 1h is just inflating your sheet dps with the attack speed
also many would argue that Unity's are fairly useless for us and is probably just better to go yolo-dps

did he ask if it was good or not?
op: it depends on how much you're stressing for survivability, i'd honestly go for vit->cd since i normally stack my mitigations elsewhere. i guess it might also depend on your cc:cd ratio atm
