hey, i wanted to ask the people who've been on the PTR, what builds are topping the boards now? and what's the new gr cap? assuming that not much has changed to the sets and the only thing that's really changed is the Companion nerf, we can expect the same result as this season with an ever so slightly lower gr cap?
on a side note, anything broken now that'll most likely go live? like twister? lol

- bow: get an ancient
- shoulders: roll ad up
- cloak: roll vit up
- gloves: roll chd up
- belt: roll chd up
- pants: EF% to armor
- Focus: roll chd up
- neck: useless passive for pushing, get a new one
- level up your Zei's/BotT and BotP is fine if your goal is 75
- swap Leech to Ambush or Awareness if you're dying a lot
- cube Cindercoat over VoG if you can afford to lose toughness
you're in a bit of a pickle having 4 slots with cdr;\, all you need is raw 21% from gear for 100% Vengeance

you can also go with the upgrade rare route, i've heard of a few people getting lucky from that, but ultimately the fastest (assuming you have mats), is reforge legendary. trying to get one via shards is probably one of the more inefficient ways

in the end, you have to give up something in order to get a better uptime on BotT/CtW (Iceblink? well there goes one gem), which is what pisses me off, even with the redesigned TotH you're giving up a passive
I did gr61 recently on live as UE6 using thundfury makes hell lot of difference for solo, i thought kormac was actually slowing stuff but he does't slow jack shit, i switched to scoundrel with 600k dps and started using thundfury.
On PTR i use new slow pasive instead of steady aim done gr72 probably could do gr75/80 on PTR if had same latency as on EU.
True that, the difference with thunderfury cubed is enormous but still... giving up cubed calamity is a big damage loss.
Then again nothing that paragon levels cant help :-).
why can't BotT25 range just be a lot bigger so ranged can take advantage of it without taking slaps to the face

I unfortunately have the same exact problem stuck at GR 59 with what I think is pretty nice gear.
Anyone have some pointers for me too maybe? Note that I do not play seasons...

pants: EF% to armor
there are other minor things like getting vit on bracers, ad on shoulders and gloves, but i don't see why you can't hit even low 60's with this

- New Cube Recipe: Permanently upgrade an Encient Items by sacrificing a Legendary Gem and a regular Gem. It will add 5 of the corresponding main stat per rank of the Legendary Gem that you used.
Am I understanding this correct?
You can add i.e. 5 strength (for ruby) to the ancient item per gem rank - so if I sacrifice a rank 30 gem, it adds (30 x 5 )150 strength to the ancient item.
Can this be done infinitely or just once?
as far as i know it can be done infinitely, but doesn't stack. ie. you slap a gr30 gem onto an ancient item, you gain 150 strength or whatever. later on you slap a gr40 onto the same item, you get 200 strength instead, overwriting the 150 you got earlier
btw, what the f is Each class will get one guaranteed class Set for their Season?

late post, but if there's some way to display exp/hp or something of that sort (just for like T10 or something since it scales the same anyways), would be nice. there are other things to take into account like if the mob teleports around, etc etc. but it's a good indication of what is worth and what isn't

the whole set is seasonal-only? lol
The first thing that really needs to stop is the build defining legendaries locked behind the season wall. Uliana's is currently not playable outside of seasons unless you want to literally deal half the damage. Same was true with multishot DH last season. This is awful design and needs to go away.
Second, their refusal to change anything during a season is ridiculous. Tweaking numbers doesn't take any effort whatsoever, but they won't do that. And next season we will again have overpowered classes that will stay that way during the entire season.
They seem to change things around, but never evenly. Instead of creating a new set that's in line with what you currently have, they make it much better. The powercreep is getting bigger and bigger, and the build diversity is still awful.

i vouch for the whole having machines have a map icon along with a sound, makes it easier to see when doing a zone-wide split farm for machines
the 'i give up' option would be nice too haha
lastly, as an hc player, the thing with elites spawning at the entrance needs to be fixed pronto. nothing like loading into a 60 as a DH with ice under your feet, really makes the buttocks clench up
also, sup with the filters for gem crafting now, i'd rather it show everything:(
