Why on earth would you have a fury generator assigned to your Primary slot that only generates a measly 3 fury per attack when you also have slotted a 100% uptime AoE spammable skill that gives you 10 fury per mob hit and does magnitudes more damage? I mean seriously, this is elementary stuff
Well since its elementary, let me teach you some things.
Furious charge has a cd regardless, so you suggest when fighting a rift guardian and single target to eliminate frenzy? which does incredibly good damage by the way. You would be gimping yourself completely in certain situations.
Furious charge does more damage than hota? am I missing something? or do you not realize area damage + hota and bloodshed does incredible damage and lets not forget the procing shard of hate all day.
Every time you charge and pull mobs with strongarms it increases damage by whatever % you're using, making hota mixed with bloodshed really strong.
45% cdr is for 30 second downtime on wotb without gimping damage too heavily.
You had to spam 5 posts why? and you looked silly in all of them with zero intelligence in the mix. EQ really is not that much faster and its not fun, especially since the big "bugfix" ill play raekor barb over eq anyday as its an incredibly fun mechanic.
So I read a post where blizzard said they actually feel ww is in a good place right now...lol
They say its aoe lets you move through mobs bla bla.
Dumbest thing ive read in awhile, they don't even know how to balance this game.
How is it for an "aoe" ability it does "great" area damage yet an ability like hota does "better" aoe damage and single target damage? The logic of which they write with baffles me and all they know how to do is drop the nerf hammer.
Do I really need to make a video where I can demonstrate just how bad ww is versus a hota build? I can literally prove to these monkeys how even on an aoe level hota crushes ww. How do we even voice our opinions to these monkeys? Maybe that's why blizzards so banana's, they appeal to all the kids who don't have a clue as to whats good and isn't.
I just need a build where I can actually use my hexing pants.....WW is the only way really.
The big debate? fix ww or bring back shard of hate
Everyday I see posts from barbs asking what they need to do to to become a great barb or at-least improve their barb. There is from what I have seen multiple threads in specific to one build and it doesn't cover everything.
Lets start with the basics and talk about the strongest abilities right now regardless of items.
These are BASIC guidelines. This build could work for the most basic of gear and not completely starve you of your fury. Things could easily be altered to preference and towards ones gear/elemental damage. This build could work for a starter barb who REALLY lacks gear and is trying to push torment 1 and as you start getting set bonuses it becomes easier and easier. A strong thing to realize as a lower tiered barb you may even need to keep bloodthirst and add superstition to help with survivability and its even strong in higher torments.
A strong note is to realize the soft cap for all resist is 800 and after that it loses its potency. This is just a baseline alot of players are going by and ive experimented with it myself and I feel 800 is a nice spot to be in, 600-800. Warcry with impunity could be a great way to help you increase your ar.
If fury becomes a problem you may want to put unforgiving in your build to help a bit.
Below is an example of taking out bloodthirst and warcry if survivability isn't a problem. You could also eliminate ww completely and keep warcry as a generator/defensive.
If you wanted to say focus towards a fire build or physical build than the logical thing to do is eliminate ww completely as its weak and it eats fury. Physical you could lean towards a builder toss build or rend build. As fire you could lean towards a hota build with smash. You guys need to look at the gear you are wearing and see what benefits YOU the most until you can start getting upgrades and start moving towards that dream goal of gear.
Yet another very strong fury generator/dumper alternative build.
Understanding item stats
A lot of people dont really understand how item stats work and they base their dps off of sheet dps. This time has come to an end and its all about crit damage/crit chance and elemental damage.
See the 1.4% damage increase of a trifecta amulet that doesn't take into consideration of the 17% lightning damage?
How do we see the actual difference with no meter? www.diabloprogress.com is by far the easiest way to tell by logging out and comparing.
WOW what a difference, as you can see sheet dps is not everything. All you have to do is go to diablo progress and alter your gear than log out and update and you can see the difference on paper with an accurate calculator. This is by far the easiest method I can suggest to you guys.
So to me Raekor's is my favorite set out of all 3. I have every set on my barb with decent rolls all around and honestly I just love the build and how fun it is to pull mobs around and smash them with hammer. You can go fire or lightning or even physical with this set as it is an amazing fury generator. For me I am lightning and this is my build.
I haven't experimented with it, but I am going to try and drop ww for Battle Rage Bloodshed. My only concern is sometimes furious charge bugs out and you can easily die in high torment heres a video of me doing t6 with the set
Same as any, +elemental damage items and any good weapons.
Okay guys so IK is atm the weakest set of the three, but its still do-able at t5. To me IK is more for a generator than the damage your ancients do, we are not witch doctors. They generate fury incredibly fast letting you use a dumper like hota quite efficiently and this set is easily a gateway to t3-5. Again you have to pick skills to your off pieces whether its lightning or fire or physical, so again you would use hota smash over the lightning rune. If you were physical, again you could use bouldertoss with ancient spear as your dumper instead of hota. Down below is the exact build I used to farm t3-4 until I got my eq/raekor sets.
Any other types of rares that have +elemental damage.
So I am pretty sure the most Mainstream build for barbs does not really require an introduction lol. This build is bananas and you have to be bananas to not really like it. Huge damage and its fun to leap around like a freak.
The earthquake build is pretty straight forward and you can swap out ruthless for weapon master if your heart really desired.
Again guys I need to stress to you that build diversity is based off your current gear and not looking at the mainstream cookie cutter builds you see on streams. You have to progress at your level and with what you have in your inventory, which means make smart decisions with your runes and go a strong route.
If you are just starting out a barb as a secondary character than you could easily farm the mats to make to aughilds which is a great set overall even on ones main. 15% elite damage is amazing if you dont have an soj which we'll talk about down below.
Id like to make a strong mention of these rings for the power of +elite damage. I think getting 45% elite damage off rings is BiS and it should be any builds goal to run these rings and not for the "op damage reduction"
If I have missed something or you guys feel something needs to be added feel free to request me to add it.
I tested fire vs lightning on t6 and I must say I prefer lightning over fire any day. Sure fire has better scaling on abilities ect, but with my barbs current setup lightning crushes a similar fire setup.
Do they come for the items or to see him play?
Would you also like to tell me what doing it in a non db way mean exactly? The qualification non db is unknown to me

Example with 17% amulet
Example with julia's trifecta amulet
The difference is as follows:
-115,903 Elemental dps
-168,058 Elemental elite dps
WOW what a difference, as you can see sheet dps is not everything. All you have to do is go to diablo progress and alter your gear than log out and update and you can see the difference on paper with an accurate calculator. This is by far the easiest method I can suggest to you guys.
