Everything is build around the fact i don't want my ranged barbarian to depend on close combat skills for generating rage.
However i don't really know how effective rage regeneration is so just to be safe from a theorycrafting perspective i put on my secondary skill Cleave with the extra rage rune variant.
I expect this to work best with a slow but very high damage mighty weapon.
The passives i selected are based on the fact this barbarian needs to crit constantly to keep throwing that magic axe around.
With that in mind i selected No Escape and Ruthless. Boon of Bul-Kathos is a must to complement the 2 high power end of the world kind of skills this i would be a fool not to want.
