i dunno about the hardcore only item part... quite sure i have seen this twice and i only play the "non stupid" mode.

other than that.. i guess it is only useful for that mode... way better passive on other neck pieces.

In the latest drop rate sheet:
    http://www.diablofans.com/forums/diablo-iii-general-forums/diablo-iii-general-discussion/93201-2-1-legendary-roll-percentages

Update 1: Confirmed Ancestors' Grace as HC-only item, split the tabs further into SC and HC
i still stand by my statement but i guess the excel charts dont lie... similar to how blizz claims certain things and they cant never ever be wrong.

oh well w.e.. i guess it is worth something to hc players trying for some crazy grift level. lets say.. 2.

posted a message on Barbs dying 1000% more then any ranged in group
I have seen barbs drop the moment they get near any elite... and tbh, monk are just as bad..

unless i switch to my tanking gear/spec, I cannot survive past 35 as a monk against electrified. Even with my tanking spec, i had to switch to the negate arcane damage neck piece

Melee survivability ougtha scale to some degree in greater rifts past x level for melee. some pets seem to be doing okay against certain types of damage... if only melee got even half of that mitigation at higher levels, it would even out the field... otherwise its gonna be casters all day long.

blizz will continue to dumb down their content and the proceed to wonder why people dont play as much.

welfare legendaries for everyone! who knows what for.. the game is 18+.. they shouldnt cater to all the kids playing it... if they cant handle farming, they need to go play tic tac toe for almost instant gratification.
I don't think you understand what the word "dumb" means. Reducing farming is not "dumbing down" the game, it is reducing the amount of time needed (on average) to farm a particular item. Your logic hurts my head :/ "instant gratification tic tac toe"... really? I don't think Blizzard is wondering why people don't play as much either :/

Who cares if there are "welfare legendaries"? This short sighted and quite frankly, neanderthal thinking is prevalent in WoW too. Honestly, does it matter? No matter what people get, some people aren't going to be capable of end game content at any meaningful level; no matter how much welfare comes their way. You're complaining, essentially, about Blizzard increasing the likelihood of the average player being capable of finding somewhat significant items??? If this form of logic is anything like the stuff I've experienced in my WoW days, it always came from a person who played the game a lot, but never really progressed to anything top tier :/ I'm sorry that it bothers you that people are able to get the same items as you, it makes me sad that you think like this :(
why would you be sorry....go hug a tree...
and lol at making you sad... seriously?

and yes.. you repeated pretty much everything i said but in a "give-me-welfare-legendaries-i-have-a-lollife-casual" way.. what was the point? where you trying to make sure, or just retyping it so you could understand it better?

Under "people who CAN handle farming" one might think of no lifers, you know, many people have a life, no time to farm 10h per day, so yes, this is very welcome because believe it or not, vast majority of players are casuals, few hours per day
The collective qq of the masses can accomplish really sad things.
The game is supposed to have an rng element.. "guaranteed drops" hardly fits the rng mentality.
I hear wow is already ruined and fully caters to casuals. it should be available in the launcher.

once again.. the collective qq of the masses has nerfed an aspect of the game.

first it was inferno mode, then both ahs, then legendary drops, then legendary drops in cache.

this almost feels like every other wow expansion after vanilla...... wow 2.0 social experiment and beyond: The catering to the casuals

To be honest, I would like them all to get so called "ninja nerfed" So every time I find one, I will tell people about it.

Already have 1.8b gold before these goblin rifts came into play, not much use for me so may as well share.
    sharing is caring.
