So pretty much this will be my main character build for inferno. The purpose for this build is to pretty much stay in wrath of the berserker as long as i can and to deal as much damage as possible.
That's actually a very interesting build - awesome to see the different possibilities. I was building my Barbarian more around AoE and knockback, while being able to use Ancient Spear to yank them back in.

The nerf on Armor is fine and will be ok, but most IAS weapons are just going to go to the shitter after this nerf.

This still contradicts the ending statements in D3 made by Tyrael who apparently now thinks that "The Prime Evil is gone... forever."

Blizzard did not want to take that approach to solving the problem of many players getting stuck at the WoW gold cap, so I doubt they'd use unsigned integers here either.
I have no idea why, but they haven't done it.

The Enchantress (and the Scoundrel) are both as powerful (in my opinion, more powerful) than the Templar, but most people don't bother trying them out for long enough to realize it. The Templar has useful abilities, but he has a terrible sense of self-preservation and goes out of his way to die every 30 seconds. The Enchantress and the Scoundrel actually have great CC, buffs (Attack Speed, Crit, Resource Regen, and Armor), and real DPS.
The 15 yard radius is quite large; she could CC entire elite packs or massive sections of mobs. It would always surprise me how many mobs her CC would hit.
I'll probably swap over to mostly using the Scoundrel with using the Enchantress for boss fights (her Erosion skill is very OP still for boss fights).

I'm pretty sure since it is entirely capitalized that it is a reference to Quake (http://quake.wikia.c...iki/Quad_Damage), in which the announcer yells QUAD DAMAGE in a deep voice when you pick up the power-up.
Why? I have no idea. It's probably just somebody putting a funny placeholder in place of where item text would be. I would totally do it if I were bored too.
Anyway, there isn't too much new here. The class balance changes are absolutely tiny (as we expected) and have pretty much no real repercussions. They removed a much of achievements that don't exist in the game on the server-side, so they're just trimming some unused code as far as we're concerned.
The only major news is that they are nerfing CRAFTING costs as well as training costs. In their 1.0.3 overview, they specifically mentioned only training costs. Some specifics on the crafting/training cost nerfs would be nice if possible.

1H+Source can work with the Arcane Orb/Hydra strategy, but it requires even more gear. You NEED a Helmet with +Arcane Power on Crit (at least 9-10) and an Offhand with +Arcane Power on Crit. To get a good item that has those stats, you'd probably pay twice as much as you would have to otherwise. Additionally, to make 1H+Source truly amazing, you will want a +Arcane Power on Crit 1H Wand as well, and that will cost you millions to get one around 900-1000 DPS with that stat.
If I had infinite money, I'd definitely try an "Infinite Obliteration Orb" spam build where you could shoot out Obliteration Orbs like a machine gun. You can get up to +30 Arcane Power on Crit if you get all three of those slots perfect. With ~40% Crit, you should be able to maintain infinite spam on 2 mobs. Anything more than 2 is just icing on the cake.
My wizard has about 160 hours played and I've made probably around ~8 millionish. To get the level of gear you'd need to viably sustain infinite orb spam while still maintaining the All Resist required for Act 4 Oppressors/Diablo, you would probably need about 15 Million. This is why people use 2-handers for Arcane Orb/Hydra.
You mention that making money is easy, and while it can be (lots of luck involved), I'd wager a significant majority of your money was made pre-nerf to most of the farming locations.

If you play tanky, try finding a Barb friend to play with. It makes things 10000x easier because Barbarians will give you a 20% Armor and 50% All Resists buff.
It brings your Armor/Resist to crazy levels.
Also, here is my gear with a bit of commentary. The entire set is worth 7 million and it can almost certainly clear Inferno Diablo (it has the stats, I just haven't had the time). I have two offpieces that I use when I don't need the movespeed gear (limited kiting room). They're Int/Vit/All Res pieces like the rest of my stuff.

Also, you should change the default Item Type under "Test Item" to None when you publish it. It confused me for a bit why all my stats were slightly off and then I realized the Test Item default was "Gloves" and it was removing my Gloves stats and replacing them with nothing.
Edit 3: I changed "Health" to "Life" and it works perfectly. "Health" is actually not even a valid option for that field, actually - yet it was published as such.
Basically, just two small default settings that should be changed to correct ones before you push it out to Google Docs - you've been very thorough with doing each class from what I've seen!

You can get up to 70 all res on some pieces from Act 1 gear. Act 2 gear only raises the stat cap on All Res by 10 points.
I've found a 140 Vit, 120 Dex, 60 Str, 60 All Res, 200 Life Regen, 2x Socket Chestpiece in Act 1. If you were fully in gear like that, you could do Act 2 safely. It would take a LOT longer to farm it up because it is easier to get higher rolled gear in Act 2, but it is not impossible like you claim.

From what I've seen in the past, communication between the US, EU, and other regions of "Blizzard" (some regions are so lightly staffed you can hardly call it Blizzard) is poor at best. I've seen US WoW CMs have to come out and correct wrong EU CMs, and I've seen US CMs not know when the TW servers had a massive problem (the US ones claimed nothing was wrong).

They haven't said the exact limit - they were asked and they said they're actively changing it right now but they can provide more information later.
No, there is a point where a limit would be reasonable. Obviously a limit of 10 games in 30 seconds is reasonable, for example. 2 games in 24 hours is obviously unreasonable. Between those two points exists a point where reasonable meets unreasonable and that would be a fine compromise.

This is the thread where the rumor started: http://us.battle.net...60137425?page=1
On Page 3, Bashiok responds saying that it is technically impossible. He gets attacked by a slew of posters. On Page 11, he challenges them to prove it on the stream and says he is watching. It gets disproved and the people who were actually watching Kripp's stream chime in saying that it never happened.
