been farming warriors rest on mp6 for days/weeks, came across some large amount of gold and i'd really like to be farming mp10 or something with my barb, perhaps that throw build thats going around... think its possible with 450million to build up my barb to do it? can someone help me in game to get what i need? thanks all!
The whole problem is, plague of bats is quite weak skill to begin with (vs bears).
And build that uses rain of toads with extreme attack speed (it is possible to sustain mana with right gear) is even weaker, since this skill despite having hidden 50% attack speed bonus, is just really weak damage dealer (great loh and fetish proc).
you sir seem to miss the point, which is a build not main stream but a fun one based off something different... is it optimal? no ... does it work moderately well and is it fun? yes and yes... its a game bro lol
All the hate towards multiboxing is just jellyness. Also it's not an instant way to wealth and legendaries. If you would invest the money for 3 additional copies of D3 directly into gold you would get 600m gold or so instantly if you buy it in AH, more if you buy from third party. And that doesn't count the money for the multibox software nor the additional hardware needed to paaly efficiently. Also Inigo doesn't just equip one char with good gear and all the other with crap stuff with max resists. All his toons are decently geared and he constantly seeks for upgrades for all of his toons. So in this sense he has to invest four times the money to get perfect gear for all his chars, which is the goal of the game anyways. So no reason for all the hate.
I agree though that multiboxing with just one good equipped toon while keeping the others decked in survival stats and on follow is kinda lame.

I have a question about the run. Did you do act 3 before? Do you feel like in act 2 there are less ilvl 63 legends / set items? The reason why I ask this is, as far as I know even though on MP1 affixes on every item are ilvl 63, the base items drop table, which was revealed before MP was introduced, should still be viable. Which basicly means there should be lower chance for high ilvl legendaries.
not entirely true. the sets and items ilvl 63 were only found passed act 3 as thats when the mobs were ilvl63.... when u switch on mp1 all mobs are now 63 so you get the chance to drop anywhere

on topic, =) i've grown accustom to using this route on my characters for act 2 key farming as well as general farming on mp5 for my cmww wiz... much more efficient and relaxed than act 3 turbo runs.... /yawn lol
low budget, however i did dump close to 120 million to deck her out. any ideas where to take it from here? i can buy gold later, also have a decent tempest rush set, but not quite enough dmg to make it worthwhile
cant view armory from my phone here, but if you can give us an idea of how much gold you can/want to spend, we will be able to help much easier
for instance, the next level of upgrades for me cost 60-160 million gold, but for the rares i could suffer through would only cost 3-9 million.... you can get set gear and chantodo's cheaper than u think if u sac some stats and deal with using shitty legendaries.

Inna´s pants are just meh in your current stat of gear. Basicly you trade alot of ehp for those 9% ias and 1% cc...Looking at your profile the all res is pretty low. Its like 450 all res incl. your int which isnt that great for higher mp. Im with loroese. Lower your aps to 2,73 and get way more ehp. So things i would change
- Get new pants
I would go for no sockets but all res roll blackthorns. Those arent too expensive. Since you got loh on ring and amu you might consider some good rare pants as well.
- Get a new helm
Not sure why you are using a stormcrow since you got apoc on chanto main- and offhand. Might just go for a kinda cheap rare helm with int, vit, %life, all res, cc and open socket. Since many ppl just buying legendaries you can find some pretty good deals on rare helms.
as for pants and helm, working out to try and gear for more ehp ever since i snagged a few pieces that allowed me to dump the pants... but with a low as shat budget i can't quite afford to go back to something different. The stormcrow gets swapped out with a mempo on and off depending on if i need the life on hit or not, its there just for uber's fights tbh
Gearing up for ehp is kinda tough as i've pretty much maxed out all my stuff right now with the budget i had, and cant really afford any "TRUE" upgrades until i get more gold thru lucky sales... the mempo boosts my stuff dramatically which is good, on all accounts tho i really just need to sell the crap i bought and replaced again so i can afford to boost my pants up to a higher ehp set
** got me some cheap rare pants to boost my ehp, till i can afford the good blackthornes i'm wanting definitely noticable difference, sad to see that i no longer have 3.10 attack speed tho... ITS SO FUN! >.< lol
just triple upgraded my wizard for cm wiith several millions worth... bought tons of gear then replaced right away with even better gear... i've got a lot left over to buy for cheap to get you set up well hit me up in game =)
working on my wizard lately, suffering from lots of sidegrades lately... what should i do with my wizard now? my EHP seems so low, yet i cant bother to sacrifice the 3.01 attack speed setup i currently run.... is it worth dumping it and going down to 2.73 to bump ehp way way up? am i wasting time with this spec/gear and should i do something different?
Currently just farming when i can on mp5... its not super fast, but it's generally easy and farming lots of keys is the goals for now, with Ubers mp8 later, which i've done, but die a lot. HALP!
i'd like to see a summoner build item wise, enchantress and your character with maximus's.... and the ring set that summons skeletons too... all on a wd with all da pets... lol... stuff be spawning all ova! heh
cant view your gear on my droid phone but i can tell you that the cmww guide at the top of the forum here is up to date and super precise... and when im on i can assist in game, even have some good stuff to sell you since i blew like 100 million tricking out my wiz a few different times this week i have about 30 million gold in items i bought then reupgraded right away i'd consider letting go if they work for you
