Akkhans is not only capable of the highest GR clears right now (pre-buffs) but with a few minor gear swaps its one of the fastest farmers in-game, not only is it able to keep up with the other speed sets, it can do so using Sages too, increasing Deaths Breaths in normal rifts.
If youre starting with a new account Medline, Id honestly suggest you start with a condemn crusader, its got plenty of toughness while solo in GRs and in normals the increased amount of DBs will enable you to gear the other classes faster because with the incoming buffs youll be able to play any set without feeling too far off the pace.
