Imagine my surprise and mounting rage and horror when I found my first jeweler plan the other day, having ignored every blue drop for several months. This feeling was not helped when I found another one shortly thereafter.
Why blue? Why not yellow, like the blacksmith plans? Why not light blue, like other useful level-60 things? Why the colour of second-degree trash? How many of these million-dollar items have I ignored over the course of play? One shudders at the thought.
After playing over 90 hours of Wizard I had hit a wall. Laborious and death-filled runs would yield nothing but trash. Upon rolling Monk and employing the usual cookie-cutter build, I am finally finding and selling things in the '1 million gold' area at a rapid pace, with only 30 hours and far less-expensive gear invested into it.
Cheers to you, Monk. You render at least some other classes inefficient by comparison.
Check for a status affliction on the right side above the bottom bar, a la the shrine buff and skill buff icons on the left. There's some kind of damage-with-usage-of-resources thing they do.
I'm programmed to either like what everyone else likes (as long as it's sophisticated) or to like what the least number of people like, so as to appear sophisticated.
In this case, neither of those applies to Demon Hunter.
I naturally liked Monk and Wizard. The second of my two social programming quirks leads me to like Witch Doctor. I'm neutral towards Barbarian.
People replay games with ZERO character customization. I don't think I'm going to avoid replaying a certain character in this game just because the experience could technically overlap the one I've already had, although I can make an effort to ensure that it doesn't.

Oh well, onward and upward.

And cheers to 34% increased movement speed.
