God damn. Game is fine, it's plenty of fun, for new players and older players which is 100% what the goal was. They shouldn't give any refunds. Especially with over 60 hours logged. You'd be lucky to get that many hours from any game.

A group of people wanted diablo 2: LOD remade, didn't get it and are now crying about it. And making sure everyone else knows just much this game doesnt live up to D2 you guys! A game that had years and years and patches and oh hey an expansion.
D3 is a different team, a different direction. They want to build something NEW. Doing the same thing over and over would make your overall skill deteriorate. I love the game and have been playing non stop since release, with several friends. I've quit other games to play this more. The team accomplished what they wanted, and I'm sure they're pleased with the results. If you don't like the game just stop playing it, don't post on forums related to it. Just go away, far away. Like most normal people who don't like things do.

I've had the same armor since normal, I'm level 51 now I have two rings from level 25-30. Have not been lucky with the drops at all. I only have 7k health as well. Not having luck finding vitality/dex items.
I'd say yes. As someone said, our defensive abilities are mostly reactive. We do however.blow some motherfuckers up.
On say mortar/frozen packs I die a lot. I cant stand to shoot, and the free when smoke screen is down will drop fools!
Played through normal pretty slowly but blazed through inferno. Definitely not in a rush, level 50 right now playing with two friends. About to get our hell on!
I'm still using armor from normal so I get destroyed randomly.
TL was fun about a week, then you played and cheated with mods for about a week, then you quit with a feeling of disappointment.
I cant imagine TL2 will be any better.

If you wanted to darken the screen, then I am sure you could do it without altering D3 files, thus not against the ToS. Though the odds you got banned for that are probably next to nil.
But this is an old, lost battle, anyway. ActiBlizz went to the 'dark side' and they're not coming back. The days of Eastern Sun and Median XL are, sadly, over.
Everyone who played D2 used maphack to brighten the game and remove the light radius crap anyways.

Just because you personally have the attention span of a fly does not make a game terrible. Not everyone used maphack, I didn't and I know two friends I played with for years did not as well. The darkness set the mood and set up some surprise, it didn't hinder gameplay in any way but enhanced it.

Dark3D does modify the game, not the game files, but the game. Yes you can do the same by adjusting your monitor settings, but that's now what you're doing, you are modifying Diablo 3's settings, which is technically against the ToS. Blizzard is just covering their bases with the filter/mod.
You're not challenging anyone's views, you're spouting off crap. The only people with any expert insight at this point are Blizzard and anyone else lucky enough to be in the internal testing, and I'm fairly confident that not one of those people would call themselves an expert.

They have a purpose, to make you overpowered at a lower level, increase your kill speed, etc. Or you can burn them for crafting materials/put them on the RMAH or GAH. Saying they don't have a purpose is completely ignorant.

That sucks.. I never trust game stop. I preordered mine from bestbuy and they actually took the payment but didn't charge me yet if that makes sense, like a deposit.. Credit card shows i've been charged but it never gets posted to my account.
What do you mean trust them? His payment didn't clear so they we're trying to get their money elsewhere. It's neither party's fault, Bleu42 forgot about a card switch and GameStop wants to make their money.
My girlfriend enjoys watching me play games, as long as I'm still talking to her as well. And I let her rest on my chest while we play and discuss the game with her, makes her feel involved.
She's pretty cool about everything really, she plays some browser/disney games but that's about it.
