so recently ive noticed alot of people using CoE over Skull, but doesnt the buff from skull (cubed or perfect roll) out damage the CoE? I mean even if it isnt perfect, as long as you have 300 youre above. i know im probably missing something, so i was wondering if someone could enlighten me
