Hmmm.. I'm also a sword and board barb and just this 1.0.4 I was able to clear from act3 ghom to diablo... with the following stats... 60k hp, 10k armor, 20k dps, 950 life on hit, 900-1000 all resist.... I never died even once and I was able to kill elites probably around 3 minutes depending on the affixes.
My stats my not look good if you want to farm act3, but I was able to handle mobs/elites much easier than 1.0.3.
As for your gear, probably you need more Armor? Probably more vitality / Hp? As for skills, I use frenzy with sidearm and instead of ruthless - tough as nails...
For a tank barb you definitely want more armor and vit.
My first break was when I got another loot of blackthornes medal that has some trash stats (yes, it was the 2nd time I looted blackthornes medal), so I sold the 2nd one that has some trash stats for 6m and it was sold instantly..
Actually I even earn more these past weeks even though many people already quit. Most stuff I sell around 100k to even 3m... I net more or less 500k to 1m per day... Not bad than before.
Almost all of these loots are just from Act 1 with base 256 mf. Sometimes I do flip items too, but not that much.
As for RMAH, it's totally declining on my end, I used to sell stuff even trash items quickly, now even good items cannot be sold.
I'm still selling stuff...Actually I earn even more now than before.... I really try to put the prices down, let say 30-50% lower than the nearest stats found on AH. Day to day I still get around 1m-2m income from a combination of 100k to 800k items... and I only play act 1 with 331 mf, thats better than nothing, or just selling 5m stuff that don't sell.... But items which I think are really good, I put it in RMAH, sometimes they sell, sometimes they don't. But in the end, I guess it really depends on how you price it.....
Is there a minimun crit requirement for this build? I currently have 27-32 crit chance, and around 180-200 crit damage.. would that be enough? or does it really matter?
my share - blue for now... im sure they did nerf act2, its just terrible, i used to get several yellow lvl63 on my farming, now mostly 58-60 loots and if its lvl63 - the stats are very bad!
I saw those bows myself last night, but only 3 of them were on the AH... try to search for it, i think crit dmg 60 and atk speed 11 and look for it on the highest buyout... im not sure if it's still there.
i change passive to berserk, brawler, nerves sometimes to pump up my dps
I gave this build a try tonight on Inferno Act 2 and progressed almost to Maghda and only had to bypass 1 rare elite that was molten, arcane, illusionist, minion and some other affix, so I'd say the build was a success. Thanks!

If you have an axe, try to drop superstition and change it to weapon mastery, it could help you pump up your dps, but so far that build still keeps me until early act 3 coz after that I need to gear check again which would cost me millions again. For now I'm happy farming act 2 with ease.
i'm farming act1 with 262 mf with valor and I still get crazy no good loots - no switching here, but my HP really takes it toll... I say leave it alone as it is... even with high mf, you still get trash loots, what more if they tweak those who switch gears!
Probably the next news will say something like "Due to the many issues we are currently experiencing, you can only play act 1 for now, and we will patch the remaining acts later".

PoE really looks like an improved D2, but I would rather play D2 than PoE. There characters looks stiff and the view angle seems kinda awkward.
I don't know but it's just me. I respect other people saying PoE is better but I would still stick to D3 than play PoE.

your dps is quite low, and also you need to up your resist - let say around 500 unbuffed... you definitely need warcry impunity.
give up the following, they have long cooldowns

Currently I have this stats and is farming act2 - so far so good, i can handle almost all mobs except for some combination.
50k hp
20k dps
9-10k armor (buffed with enchantress and passive skills)
800-900 all resist - (buffed with warcry impunity)
passive: superstition, nerves, nails
skills: almost the same as you but intead of wrath - i use leap (so that i can maneuver if i get into trouble)
