I am looking for the top solo necro build but it must allow me to use Steuarts Greeves and Blood Rush. I love the speed and don't mind farming whatever gear I would need.
There are so many builds listed but I don't see any of that combination. I know it might not be totally optimized with that combo but that's my play style.
