I Like this build for the monk for several reasons, but primarly im making this build is for inferno mode.
The three passives are choose are: 1.)Near Death Expirience( who doesnt want a second life?) 2.) One with everything( it will be very important to have high resistances so you dont drop like a rock) and 3.) Exalted Soul ( I believe that this extra 100 spirit could mean the final blow to a boss that you've been trying to down or that .5 second window you have to heal yourself before you get owned, so generally extra spirit=awesomeness)

The active skills I picked out are balanced for both Defensive and Offensive ( which are think are equally important at extreme difficultiess). The runes I picked for my skills also enchance the overall effectivess of this offensive/deffensive monk. There are a few runes in here that will allow me to squezze out of tight situations such as increasing my dodge chance for a few seconds ( plus my dodge mantra with +armor rune) or stun enemies in order to pick the off easier. So basically in my own opinion I truly like this build cause its a perfect balance between both worlds and has a couple OMFG buttons in there just in case ( we all know that those OMFG ecounters can be brutal). If its a resonable price then sure, I'd buy it. Blizzard will find one way or another to take out money xD. Hell, I'd probably be the first to buy it lol.

I trust blizzard on this one that its gonna be hard xD. Especially on inferno o.o, what I think is that most people probably wont make it past act 1, but hey thats just what I think. Also I expect alot of grinding (not as much as d2 though).

For hardcore Def>Off every time. Well, at least for me that is. So when I play my monk, I will have an arsenal of abilities available to prevent death such as healz, dodge, more resistance etc... Well.. I could always lag and get killed :/ Oh well.

Yea the current system is much less rng and more about how you pair up certain runes with skills. Even though I havent tried it out, theoretically it seems superior and much funner :). That being said, I would change a thing about the rune system.

I think that their security will be pretty high. On the other hand I believe that people who use the RMAH should have an authenticator for further security mesures. I know Im certaintly going to use one

Yea, make you sure you get a good artist, they can work magic. I got a tat of the triforce on my upper back :P. Anyways you should toltally get the ascended wings on your back.

Templar all the way. With the heals that he will be doing, he'll be quite essential on later levels :D. Plus he's a badass ;P

I like dps meters there used to weed out the baddies, also useful for friendly competition. Also good for self improvement. So yea, im all in for one.

Blizzard is trying to make a game that will appeal towards everyone, not just the people who played D2. That being said, I personally like the new D3 stat system over that which is the D2 stat system.
