    Quote from Bagstone»

For the solo GRs, WD and Crusader will probably have the easiest time to get to GR70 - at a certain point the wizard surpasses them and by GR80-90 all classes become incredibly hard, except for the wizard. Again, it's a "bug" though, and not everyone enjoys this, but for 2 weeks you probably won't push into 90+ and for anything below 80 all other classes can do that, and I think WD+crusader are easier there than wizard.

Nothing really wrong, but I'd say reaching 75 solo before the season end is very ambitious on any class that is not the Firebird Wiz. It has virtually no gear requirements whereas other classes need several ancient pieces and/or augments.

Actually, do not wait for S7, go grab your S6 stash tab as soon as you can.

The easiest class to do that solo would obviously be the aforementioned Firebird Wizard.

How many stash tabs do I need to be satisfied? All of them!

I don't think more stash tabs is the solution to the stash problem. Sure, you could just make infinite stash tabs, and that would solve one problem, but lead to other problems (usability, for example). When you need an excel sheet to manage your items because you have so many stash tabs, it's not a good QoL feature anymore to have so many of them.

I could easily handle 20+ tabs by just giving them their respective class icons. That would have the same effect as a combination of personal and shared stash tabs.

More stash tabs is not the solution, just like more dmg is not the solution to a build that's not fun to play.

Not the solution for what? A lack of space? It most certainly is the solution to that. And it's not just a small QoL-thing. The space technically enables you to enjoy classes #3-6 (assuming that the current space is ok to play both Int-classes for example).

In my case, it's often not the limited stash that holds me back from using different builds. It's the trouble of changing builds itself. Find all those items in your stash, change sockets, change skills, change paragon, change cube. It's annoying.

I know that too well. The workaround for that is simple: Create a new char for each build. At least that is very easy these days, even solo. Still won't work if you intend to play too many classes or different modes.

Btw, did they advertise this correctly? Like "Play one of six character classes" -> 60 euros; "Play two of six character classes" -> 120 euros yadda, yadda? ;)

The only thing this game need is a personal stash. One that change with your character. Sick and tired of taking out gear onto mules when i want to play another character. Make 4 personal stashes and one shared. Problem solved forever.

Simple as this. Maybe a different split because 1 shared tab would be filled with gems and mats in no time, but the only necessity is a personal stash per character.
Making everything shared was a nice idea (coming from D2), but it failed because it removed too much space.

Conquests are just nuts I mean T10 rift in under 2 mins? How can you do something that takes 6 to 8 mins in 2?

How many hours have you played your seasonal char? Do you have a link to your profile?

I would guess that you have played much less than the people posting here and probably less efficient as well, which is fine.

If you want those conquests, you will have to switch gears. Your options:

    a) Find people to do the groupable conquests together.
    B) Look up the relevant solo GR guide for your class and push until 75. That basically includes the 3x 65 gems.
    c) Look up speed builds for your class and get the 2min TX and 20min boss conquests.

Should work, you'd only have 20% elite damage from the diamond in your weapon in that case. If you have one, you could use a Sun Keeper and cube the Aether Walker.

Same stacks, same mob, zero damage or 1 shot.

Yes, seems to happen from time to time. No idea why, afaik there is no to-hit-roll. I also wonder if a crit can trigger the burn-effect. Yesterday I lost 3 lvl90 rifts at the RG because he accidently got incinerated. And I don't left-click at all.

Well, you're rolling off or avoiding all crit related affix's so those are open for toughness rolls? It didn't look that hard to me.

Keep in mind I'm talking about using normal non-seasonal wizard stash to equip,

I got to test this and you're right, the gear requirements aren't that high, I must've catched a wrong toughness number from the vid. (edit: I didn't, but you don't need 90m toughness for gr80.)
I see no harm for you in trying, at least you'll get the joy of playing something very unconventional. That joy may be short-lived though because it honestly isn't much fun to play. The playstyle reminds me of the super early vanilla era, when you could beat the entire game with a DH @ 8k hp (eg getting one-shot by literally everything).
If you care about paragon and gem lvls(why?), this should be the fastest solo(!) route. However note that beyond that you'll never level these gems again with your regular chars, might influence the motivation to play them.

About leaderboards: I don't care about them, but given that the 4p players have reached 120 it doesn't matter if any solo class can bug its way to lvl 100. Paragon and gem lvls from the legitimate multiplayer "cheese" are still higher.

Would it even be easy to do this? The gear "requirements" look pretty special. You need enough toughness to survive a rift that is high enough so your cippled damage doesn't accidently kill your "buffbot".

posted a message on THUD got hacked?!
    Quote from Aithei»

I've used THUD in the past, coming from wow where you have addons like weakauras to display whatever info you need, I very much preferred all the data on-screen over the vague indications the vanilla UI has. The recent banwaves have spooked me a little so I don't find it worth the risk to use it any more

My question to you guys; If THUD scrapped the maphack and just had the improved UI would you be OK with people using it?

I have the same WoW-background and coming from that, the D3 UI is nothing short of an insult. Creating a fake challenge by hiding information is plain ridiculous.
However I do not use THUD. I'd love the UI improvements/fixes but I just can't get myself to cheat. And it's not just the map hack. Sure that's the main offender and the rest should probably be fine, but as long as Blizz doesn't allow it, it's an unfair advantage vs players who respect the -however stupid- rules.

posted a message on 2.4.1 Witch Doctor Meta Build Guide.

    Hey guys, consumer pov:

    1) Yes, a collection like this that summarizes the most relevant builds is useful, so thanks for the effort.

    2) Instead of re-building all these with no explanatory content, I'd rather have links to the best guides to said builds.

I get that everyone likes to spread links with his name on them, but I don't really care who invented a build. I want the guide that explains mechanics, play style, interactions and item choices. And all of that preferrably in written form.

posted a message on navigation not clickable

    Hey there,

don't know what's causing this, but the second row from the top in the navigation isn't clickable for me. The row that reads "Home", "Site Suggestions and Questions" and "Create Thread" right now. The mouse-pointer doesn't change and nothing happens. If I remember correctly, those worked just like the windows navigation(?).

    Using firefox.

    Hey there,

could you please tell me, if Blizzard has adressed/corrected any of my issues with the game?

    1) legal ui keeps us blind and stupid while the illegal 3rd-party ui is still being used by almost any serious player but offers cheatlike advantages

    2) solo vs group gameplay feels like Mythic vs LFR with a reversed reward structure (eg is there anything at all that can be done solo w/o it being terribly ineffective?)
