I agree that it feels underrated for what it is supposed to be. However, the 6 piece in that build I linked does some good work and I would recommend it as it is actually quite fun and feels to be viable in the future..
I haven't seen that many good pestilence sets. Not sure the one I created is quite on par with some of the other GR pushers but I am having some good success with it.
I love the pestilence set for it's potential, but other than farming Dragons Breaths at low level, this has been the only other build that has worked well. Let me know if you know of any, or thoughts on the build..
