Also I find that the female witch doctor sounds very familiar. But I haven't been able to find out who voices her. Anyone know? To me it sounds a little like Kalypso from Pirate of the Carrabien. But I'm really not sure.
I think you are absolutelly right, because when I heard in videos from Beta female WD for first time, I have realized that this is Calypso !!!

Let me stop you here. Projections like this are not practical in a real life situation such as this. It is impossible to predict the amount of cinematics, and the amount of mobs. Clearly these variables will change depending on the Act. I highly doubt even normal will only take 24 hours on your first try. I'm sorry to tell you these things, as I know it may break your heart. But personally, if playing normal only took 24 hours (first try), I would be sad. So maybe more for my sake, I hope you're wrong.

When beta was launched (28th of September 2011) They have announced that contect in Diablo 3 beta is like 1/3 of Act I. From what I have seen, you are able to finish playthrough in beta in 1,5 hour (Ok, you are new in Diablo, you want to kill everything see everything etc..... Let´s count with 2 hours). So little math....
1/3 Act I. ...... 2 hours
Act I. ...... 2 hours * 3 = 6 hours
6 hours per one * 4 acts = 24 hours
So I think that my first playthrough with all cinematics, killing every mob, feel the game and enjoy it for the first time (You know what I mean :)) ) Will be around 24 hours play time.....

Well, right now I am looking for one thing, which is not really main aspect during last few days on forums. Everyone is trying to find the best build for HC or Inferno.... And most of you guys forgeting about one thing that I hope will be AWESOME in Diablo 3 ..... I am talking about cinematics, lore and story of Sanctuary !!!
For me, it´s not only about farming items (but I am really exited about Inferno) and making builds. I am looking forward to release day, taking vacation and see what happend within world of Sanctuary after Diablo 2....
So, I am looking forward for great story and story telling and hours of fun alone or with my friends .....
I would like to go first playthrough alone with WD, Blizzard clearly stated that ALL difficulties will be soloable, but I supose that for Inferno, you will really need "skill" to kill last boss....
When I first time get my friend´s beta account and log in, I have try every class for first few levels, firstly I really want to play with DH, but after chance playing with one of the first version of beta, I simply fell in love to Witch Doctor.....

I have tried raise this question on official forums, but without answer, right now I am getting feeling that nobody knows. We will have three followers for solo play, that´s great, we can choose talents for them which is even better BUT....
Here comes my question, after you select talent for follower, it´s possible to change it in future? I mean like player can change his skills, is this possible with followers?
I was not able to find anything about this topic on the internet, maybe I´m not good researcher or there is no informations about it....
If anybody know anything, or anyone with beta access can try it and give something, it will be great !!

But be carefull, as far as I know righ now Demon Hunter is weakest class in beta.... But it´s only beta right.....
