They've been building a team for a new game for awhile now. Based on the knowledge we have, I believe we will see something next year! It takes time to build a new game, and I'm sure they are trying to make something awesome!
Thanks for sharing. I actually find this stuff interesting. It's hard to go to my other diablo fan site because of all the negative comments. This actually shows that there is substantial work being done and that they consider many factors when implementing a change.
Still sucks Diablo isn't really a focus at Blizzcon. Makes you wonder the future of the franchise =/ Blizzcon 2018 D4? 6 years from vanilla and with probably 2-3 years until release?
That was the only news from the fairly short panel. There is another one tomorrow, but we knew that Diablo news was going to be quite sparse this year.

I'm still conflicted on either my favourite class (Wizz) or Witch doctor for the sake of fast leveling. Good thing we don't have another of my favourite classes, Druid, otherwise i would be further conflicted. *looks at Blizzard with puppy eyes*.

We found that things were the same, except for a battlecruiser pet celebrating the Starcraft 20th anniversary. This was the same patch founded on the PTR where they were testing optimizations.
