Season 14 has no new changes as far as class balance or items. Instead, season 14 introduces seasonal themes. The theme for this season is Greed! This causes all goblins to spawn in pairs for the entirety of the season (excluding those spawned from Bandit Shrines or Goblin Packs in rifts). Below, we've posted some of the top builds on DiabloFans for each class last season, and information on the Level With a Cause charity event! Also, if you want to try something new this season, we suggest looking into the Solo Self-Found League!
Season 14 begins on Friday, June 15th at 5:00pm PDT/CEST/KST.
To celebrate the launch of Season 14, Blizzard is running an official sweepstakes where they are giving away Greed-themed versions of a PS4, Xbox One, and a MSI gaming laptop. Read more about it in the official blog post below:

But wait, there’s more! We’ve also partnered with Xbox’s Major Nelson to give away a second custom Xbox One, and with MSI to give away a second laptop. That means you have two ways to win these prizes, so be sure to keep an eye on their respective Twitter channels for more info!

The Season of Greed is going live today. Stay tuned to the Diablo Facebook page and follow our partners on Twitter for your chances to win, and get ready to see double in Season 14 as you chase down all those Treasure Goblins!
Leviathan continues with his solo-only seasonal league for anyone looking for a new challenge this season! The goal of the Solo Self-Found League is to allow players the opportunity to play competitively in a purely solo space. If you would like more information on how you can enter, check out the video below!
#LevelWithACause (#LWAC), a coalition of streamers from both Twitch and YouTube, will be uniting for a fourth time to stream during the first three days (June 15th-17th) of the 14th Season in Diablo 3. These streams will be viewable on several Twitch and Youtube channels. Viewers will be able to donate to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital during these streams.
LWAC was founded prior to the start of Season 11 of Diablo 3. This group of streamers ran a similar charity event during the opening weekends of Seasons 11, 12, and 13 raising over $23,600 for charity. Those previous events supported St Jude’s, Take This, and Save The Children respectively. During the last event in Season 13, there were 49 participating streamers and the LWAC team was able to raise over $9,300 for Save The Children. To date, this was the initiative’s biggest turnout. LWAC hopes to continue to grow and raise even more money for deserving charities in the future.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is focused on defeating childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Your support helps ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food -- because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. St. Jude has helped push the childhood cancer survival rate from less than 20% when they opened to 80% today. They won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
These are some of the top builds for each class during season 13! This is not a conclusive list, but instead one that provides some variety for several class builds that were popular on DiabloFans during the previous season.
Challenge Rift Week 51 is live! Do not complete this challenge rift until after you've created your seasonal character on Friday! You will be able to redeem your Challenge Rift Cache on your fresh seasonal character, giving your season 14 a jump-start! If you are curious how Challenge Rift builds are chosen each week, you can view this official blog post!
While Season 14 doesn't add any new content, it does introduce to us a new concept: themed seasons. Each season will have a specific theme that will change the way an individual season will play out. You can read more about it in the official blog post below.

Season 14 begins soon! For those among you who enjoy the fresh start a Season brings, we wanted to give you a glimpse of what to expect before you race out the gate—and Season 14 will be kicking off a new experiment we hope you will all enjoy.
New Season Theme
Starting with Season 14, we’re introducing a new seasonal concept—themes. Throughout the next Season, we’ll be embracing our inner goblin and celebrating the Season of Greed. For the duration of Season 14, all Treasure Goblin spawns will be doubled. This means that each time you encounter a Treasure Goblin in the wild, they’ll be accompanied by an exact duplicate of themselves for two times the loot, chaos, and fun!
There are a few important details to keep in mind with this effect:
- This does not affect goblins encountered via Bandit Shrines, Goblin “Rift” packs, or in the Realm of Greed
- Duplicate Whimsydale portals created by the Rainbow Goblin will enter the same instance of Whimsydale
Need a refresher on the various types of Treasure Goblins and what they do? Be sure to check out our Game Guide for more information.
In addition to doubling up on everyone’s favorite treasure-thieving troublemakers, other celebrations may spring up across the globe as we kick off this exciting new Seasonal concept. Be sure to keep a close eye on Twitter and Facebook for more information as we move into Season 14!
New Cosmetic Rewards
As per tradition, Season 14 will introduce new cosmetic rewards, obtainable by progressing through the Season Journey.
In addition to the Boots and Pants slots of the exclusive Conqueror Set, a brand-new series of portrait frames themed around the enigmatic Tal Rasha will be available. For the nephalem hero who wants to embody the spirit of Justice, a brand-new pennant dedicated to everyone’s favorite archangel will also be available. Just remember—you cannot judge Justice itself!
Season Journey Rewards
If you’ve been diligently slaying demons for the past few Seasons and reached Conqueror in the Season Journey each time, you’ve accrued a few extra stash tabs. Players who have not yet earned a total of four stash tabs via the Season Journey can still unlock an additional one by completing the following tasks at the Conqueror tier:
- Complete a level 70 Torment XIII Rift in under 5 minutes
- Complete Greater Rift 60 solo
- Kill Greed on Torment XIII
- Kill the Butcher at level 70 in Torment XIII in under 30 seconds
- Reforge a Legendary or Set item
- Augment an Ancient item with a Level 50 or greater Legendary Gem
- Level three Legendary Gems to 55
- Complete two Conquests
Seasonal ConquestsSpeaking of Conquests, we’re rotating those, too! Returning for the Season of Greed is Avarice and Avarita, where every gold piece you find will count! Speed Demon and Need for Speed will ask you to kick it into full gear in your Nephalem Rift runs. On a Good Day and I Can’t Stop will congratulate high ranking Legendary Gems. Finally, for the solo crowd, Divinity and Lionhearted will ask you to climb Greater Rift heights by your lonesome, while Years of War and Dynasty challenge your game mastery of at least six classes.
Haedrig’s Gift
Finally, the Class Sets available for completing certain chapters in the Season Journey courtesy of Haedrig’s Gift have rotated once more. We’ve listed the available Sets below. For those new to Seasons, here’s how it works:
Completing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the Season Journey will reward you with three of Haedrig’s Gifts. Each Gift contains a few pieces from one of your Class Sets. Players can only unlock one Class Set in this manner per Season across Hardcore and Non-Hardcore, so choose wisely!
The set you will receive depends on the Class of the character you’re playing when you open each Haedrig’s Gift. To collect a full Class Set, you’ll need to open all three on the same character.
Here are the sets granted by Haedrig’s Gift in Season 14:
- Barbarian – The Legacy of Raekor
- Crusader – Armor of Akkhan
- Demon Hunter – Embodiment of the Marauder
- Monk – Inna’s Reach
- Necromancer – Pestilence Master’s Shroud
- Witch Doctor – Zunimassa’s Haunt
- Wizard – Delsere’s Magnum Opus

A: Season 14 begins Friday, June 15 at 5:00 p.m. PDT in North America, 5:00 p.m. CEST in Europe, and 5:00 p.m. KST in Asia. For time zone conversion, see this site.
Q: When will Season 14 end?
A: We currently anticipate that Season 14 will be ending on Sunday, September 16 at 5:00 p.m. PDT in North America, 5:00 p.m. CEST in Europe, and 5:00 p.m. KST in Asia.
Q: Why is the Season end date an estimate?
A: Traditionally, we have given players two weeks notice prior to the ending of a Season. However, we’ve heard the community’s feedback, so going forward, we’ll be providing more comprehensive Season details in the Season First Look blogs. Please bear in mind that this date is an estimate and there is always a chance it may shift. While we will do our best to hit these target dates as closely as possible, we will continue to verify the Season end date at the two-week warning mark.
Q: When are the non-Seasonal Leaderboards being wiped?
A: Non-Seasonal Leaderboards are tied to what we call “Eras,” each of which lasts about 6–12 months. The most recent era began November 9. For more information on Eras, please see this post.
Q: What will happen to older Seasonal and Era records?
A: Starting with Season 10, we removed old personal bests from Season 1. When Season 14 arrives, we will remove old personal bests from Season 5, and so on. We will be doing the same for personal bests from the previous Era when the next one goes live.
Seasonal Leaderboard records are not being cleared and will remain archived both in game and on our website.
Season 14 is almost here! What are your goals for this Season? What do you think of our first Seasonal theme? Will having more treasure goblins to chase down change how you approach your Season Journey and loot hunting?

If you haven't experienced the end of a Season, there's a lot to know about what happens to your gear, your progress, and your characters. Don't fret! We're here to give you a full overview of what to expect when the current Season ends and the next one begins.
Table of Contents:
The Season Rollover
If you've played through a Season before, you know that all the gold, gear, and Paragon experience you earned don't just disappear. But what exactly happens to all that hard-earned progress when a Season ends? The short answer is that you get to keep just about all of it.
Here's a list of all the rewards from this Season you can expect your non-Seasonal heroes to enjoy:
Heroes:
- Seasonal heroes will be converted to either non-Seasonal Normal or Hardcore mode heroes, as appropriate. There's no need to delete any characters to make room for them; your Seasonal heroes will continue to use the same slot they currently occupy in your roster after the rollover. You’ll also be able to use Season Rebirth to convert any non-seasonal character into a Seasonal level 1 character once the next Season begins.
Gold
- Any gold you earn during the Season will transfer to your non-Seasonal heroes.
Paragon Experience
- The total amount of Paragon experience earned is the amount that rolls over, but not the raw total Paragon levels that you gained.
- For example, if your Seasonal heroes reached Paragon 300, and your current non-Seasonal heroes are already Paragon 400, your new non-Seasonal Paragon level will still be less than Paragon 700, since Paragon levels require more experience to earn the higher you go.
Blood Shards
- Much like how it works with gold, any Blood Shards you have available at the end of the Season will transfer to your non-Seasonal heroes.
- If your non-Seasonal heroes are currently at the Blood Shard cap, any Blood Shards you earn once the Season ends will temporarily ignore the cap. You can spend these at your leisure; however, you can’t pick up any additional Blood Shards until you are below the current cap.
Items
- Items that are currently equipped on a hero or in that hero's inventory will stay on that hero as it moves to a non-Seasonal game mode.
- Items that are in your Seasonal stash will be sent through the in-game mail system to your non-Seasonal heroes. These items can be claimed by any non-Seasonal hero up to 30 days from the time you first log in after the Season ends. To access these items on PC, enter a game and hit the Mail icon located in the lower left corner of your screen to open your inbox. Console players can do the same by visiting the mailbox found in any town hub.
- If you’ve unlocked Primal Ancient items by completing Greater Rift 70 on a Seasonal hero, you’ll also be able to obtain them on non-Seasonal heroes after the Season ends (if you have not previously unlocked them for non-Seasonal heroes).
Artisan Progress and Recipes
- If your Seasonal Artisans are a higher level than your non-Seasonal Artisans at the end of the Season, their level will transfer to your non-Seasonal Artisans.
- Any recipes you have on your Seasonal Artisans that are not available to your non-Seasonal Artisans will be transferred as well.
Shared Stash
- Any Shared Stash slots or tabs you purchase during a Season that are not currently available to your non-Seasonal heroes will be transferred accordingly.
Achievements
- Any achievements earned or achievement progress made during the Season are automatically applied to your non-Seasonal achievement profile. This happens in real time and does not require the Season to end first. Your achievement point total is also updated appropriately throughout the Season.
Kanai's Cube
- After the Season rollover, any Legendary Powers unlocked using Kanai’s Cube on a Seasonal Character will become available on non-Seasonal characters as appropriate.
- At the start of a new Season, Seasonal characters will not have access to any Kanai’s Cube Legendary Powers unlocked during previous Seasonal or non-Seasonal play.
Season 13 Rewards
- All players who reach level 70 on a hero in Season 13 will unlock exclusive transmogrification appearances for helm and shoulders. These appearances will unlock immediately upon hitting level 70 on a Seasonal hero, and will be available on Seasonal and non-Seasonal heroes alike (even before the Season concludes). To access your new appearances, simply visit Myriam the Mystic and open the Transmogrification tab.
- Players can also earn portrait frames and an exclusive cosmetic pet for completing various chapters of the Season Journey.
Note: All heroes, rewards, and progress will convert to the appropriate non-Seasonal game mode. Any items, gold, Paragon experience, achievements, Artisan levels or recipes, Stash space, and Blood Shards earned on Normal Seasonal heroes will transfer to your Normal non-Seasonal heroes when the Season is over. Similarly, anything you’ve earned on Hardcore Seasonal heroes will transfer to your Hardcore non-Season heroes instead.
Season 13 Conquests
Unlike other rewards, Conquests do not roll over at the end of the Season (because they aren’t available to non-Seasonal heroes). This also means that your non-Seasonal Achievement point total will not be affected by any Conquests you earn during a Season.
Season 13 Leaderboards
Once the Season ends, all Seasonal Leaderboards will be wiped and you’ll be unable to attain new Leaderboard ranks until the next Season begins. The results of the previous Season’s Leaderboards will remain available for viewing in-game for PC players. Once the new Season begins, PC players can view a handy dropdown menu to compare current and previous Season records. Similarly, console players will be able to view their rank for the previous Season.
PC players can also view current and past Leaderboards on our website.
In addition, the non-Seasonal Greater Rift Leaderboards on PC will be wiped sometime after the end of the Season. However, players on this platform can immediately compete in the currently active Era with their non-Seasonal heroes (including those who have just rolled over), and will not have to wait for the start of the next Season.
Season 13 End & Season 14 Start Dates
You can sort through your Seasonal rewards and review your progress on the Leaderboards between Seasons. It’s a great time to reflect on the accomplishments you’ve made and enjoy the fruits of your pre- and post-Season loot hunts!
Season 13 will end on the following dates:
- North America: Sunday, June 3 @ 5:00 p.m. PDT
- Europe: Sunday, June 3 @ 5:00 p.m. CET
- Asia: Sunday, June 3 @ 5:00 p.m. KST
Season 14 will begin about two weeks afterward on the dates below:
- North America: Friday, June 15 @ 5:00 p.m. PDT
- Europe: Friday, June 15 @ 5:00 p.m. CET
- Asia: Friday, June 15 @ 5:00 p.m. KST

If you live anywhere near Wroclaw, Poland, there will be a music festival on the 26th and 27th of October featuring music from Diablo, World of Warcraft, and StarCraft! If you would like more information, visit gmfest.com, or read the press release below!
"The Symphony of Heroes concert will open the Festival. The score performed by an 80-person NFM orchestra represents magnificent music composed by Paul Anthony Romero. The opus consists of three symphonic suites – each of them presenting music from one of the games of the Heroes of Might and Magic series. The first suite includes music from HoM&M II, the second suite contains fragments of the Heroes III soundtrack, and the last suite comprises of songs heard in the fourth part of the game. Last year's premiere of The Symphony of Heroes was a tremendous success, and the tickets sold out several weeks before the event.
On the same day, during the evening gala, the artists will perform The Jazz of Grim Fandango – a tribute performance to Grim Fandango, the extraordinary adventure game which celebrates its 20 the anniversary this year. The main hall of NFM will host the top jazz tunes composed by Peter McConnell and performed live by the exquisite Bartosz Pernal Big Band. This event is officially presented in cooperation with Disney Interactive and Double Fine Productions. Furthermore, Peter McConnell himself will be present during the event.
The fourth concert of the festival will be The Symphony of the Storm, a monumental opus consisting of three suites: the first – devoted entirely to the ever-popular Diablo series, the second – presenting melodies from the World of Warcraft franchise, and the third – containing works known from both parts of StarCraft.
