The only way to do it beside dual Bul-Kathos!
Because our barbarian is a veteran, as powerful as the ancients, a legend since the creation of the Sanctuary. When you go to your wedding, you have your best gear on you. The same goes for your barbarian when he is going to fight the worst possible nightmare of Sanctuary.
I don't want my barbarian to use a shield and we all know it will be a must in Inferno. So I made him resilient, gave him cc and shouts.
Cleave (+3 fury per enemy hit) is his main rage generation Whirlwind (at 143% damage) for his main damage output Leap (with 3 seconds stun) for close-ups, cc, fury generation Revenge (with 30% chance of activation) will be a good damage output skill and life regeneration Threatening shout (Grim harvest to farm those legendaries) for damage mitigation Call of the ancients (+5 seconds) really high damage output (more than the others), and tanking for even more damage mitigation
Bloodthirst for even more life regeneration Ruthless for damage Tough as nails for damage mitigation
Well... even in the aftermath that this build work in inferno, I doubt it will be as good as BARBARIAN THE TANK (I wont comment on that one, it's pretty much straightforward)
No mather how I see it, I don't see dual-weild or 2h doing a better job.
#1 In the beta I was actually doing more damage with my 17 strength shield than with two same 1h weapons.
#2 You do more damage alive than dead.
#3 Shield might give a lot of offensive stats, maybe enough to pass dual-wield
#4 We will need tanks
I could see two-hands being good, because burst damage will be needed in inferno, more than sustain damage.
Yeah, it could really be either thing in the cinematic. That's still the thing that eludes me the most after all that datamining and theorycrafting, why we get to fight Imperius in act 4. I abso fucking lutely love the idea though, can't wait to fight him.
EDIT- after watching the new movie with more frames, it definitely looks like he's reeling from attacking Diablo. The direction they're facing are different, so not suggesting they are facing a mutual adversary.
Well I thought it myself, why we fight against Imperius. We´ve seen the boss window, but not all of them are bosses, like cain event. That way there could be some event lets say Imperius event but its only speculation we fight against him. I think that event is about Imperius fighting to his last breath but he is defeated by Diablo. And maybe Diablo somehow uses BS to him and absorbs Imperius to himself or something.
Maybe Diablo only want the primes/lesser for himself and doesn't care about angels after all. I'm pretty sure if he already absorbed the others spirit, angels are no match anymore.
By corrupting the arch, he is making sure no others angels come after his victory.
That looks like a swing, BUT at the same time, it dosnt like like D was hit...so who knows?
Actually, it look like both are preparing to face someone. Like if they were together against another enemy. Us?
In this video, we can see Diablo and Imperius together. Are they actually fighting or preparing to face an enemy together? Hard to tell.
I would see Imperius wanting back Anu/Tathamet to stop the war, and see in Diablo's quest a good one? The quest to fusion back all primes/lesser/high-ranked angels together.
I have figired this all too, but I would add that:
"and all Hope will be swallowed by Despair."
So there are angel names cleverly put here and there. But I think you missed one. Despair. Remember the place where we found Izual in D2? I dont believe in concidences. And it´s confirmed Izual is back so. Also I would say "Wrath" is a name of something evil we already know. Not sure what.
About Black Soulstone:
It can be used to capture Great evils. I have heard that it can be used to capture angels as well, but I have no proof of that. Diablo and azmodan both wants to be the Prime evil, tathamet. Well its pretty safe to say Diablo succeeds in this and uses BS to gather all power from other Great evils.
About Imperius turning to Wrath:
My guess is Diablo (or someone else maybe) uses Black soulstone to him and absorbs his power.
Would make sense. So the Black soulstone is used to capture the demons AND the angels. That way, Diablo can *fusion* himself with others primes and lessers. That way he would become Tathamet. Or maybe even Anu with the angels?
So the Black soulstone would be a device that can restore back Tathamet/Anu to their formal form.
Izual: Maybe it's only a hint at how Izual got corrupted and the same would happened to Hope.
"...And. at the End of Days. Wisdom shall be lost
as Justice falls upon the world of men.
Valor shall turn to Wrath -
and all Hope will be swallowed by Despair.
Death. at last. shall spread its wings over all-
as Fate lies shattered forever."
This can be changed for:
And. at the End of Days. MALTHAEL shall be lost (Malthael departure after Worldstone's destruction)*
as TYRAEL falls upon the world of men. (The fallen angel and the comet that end on the cathedral)** IMPERIUS shall turn to Wrath - (Imperius become an enemy as we know it)***
and AURIEL will be swallowed by Despair. (Auriel lose all hope, corruption on the horizon?)****
Death. at last. shall spread its wings over all- (Diablo's third coming? Wings? Humm..)****
as ITHERAEL lies shattered forever. (Is said that he could see the future. Maybe he lied about the it?)******

Act 1 end boss is the Butcher and we fight him Leorics Manor
We also: fight King Leoric, find out about Tyrael behavior and departure to Caldeum
Act 2 end boss is Belial and we fight him in Caldeum
We also: meet Adria, fight Zoltun Kulle for the Black soulstone and fight Belial in emperior Hakan II throne room. This is where we see the Black Soulstone cinematic with Leah.
Act 3 end boss is Azmodan and we fight him in his lair, in the Arreat Crater
We also: fight two of Azmodan's lieutenant and meet Adria again that will betray us after Azmodan's death
Act 4 end boss is Diablo and we fight him in the High Heaven, exactly in the Vestibule of Light
Imperius, now turned to wrath (maybe corrupted or in touch with Diablo), destroy the crystal door, after or before a fight Tyrael. (This part must be the most difficult one to understand before the game, even with all the information we got), the we fight Diablo.
The many Diablo theories.
One of them I like a lot. It has been given by Dauroth in the post HUGE DATAMINED SPOILER THREAD.
If Diablo absorbed the power from all the Great Evils, his feminine legs could come partially from Andariel and not Leah. I still don't think he will posses Leah because he really doesn't have to since there is no more Worldstone, and even the devs kept telling in the panels and interviews that we haven't seen the true form of Diablo - yet. However, something fishy is going to happen with Leah, there's no doubt about that.
And speaking of Andariel and Duriel, when someone asked about them during the Q&A, Metzen said: I wouldn't leave them lying around. They're dangerous! So why not absorb their asses to gain more power.
Somehow it would explain the new form of Diablo (three heads, 4/6 arms, new design, feminine looks).
On top of that, it was datamined that Diablo could use four curses.
Diablo_CurseOfAnguish_name Curse Of Anguish Diablo_CurseOfDestruction_name Curse Of Destruction Diablo_CurseOfHate_name Curse Of Hate Diablo_CurseOfPain_name Curse Of Pain
So Anguish = Andariel, Destruction = Ball, Hate = Mephisto and Pain = Duriel.
So it make even more sense.
And I doubt Blizzard want Diablo to be the same as in the last two games. Why not make him stronger in all possibles ways. Now nothing tell us that Diablo will actually die at the end of Act 4. Maybe he escape, or we do. That would explain new expansions. Because there is not many enemies left after him... We kill them all as far as we know.
Now that is something I have no idea about. From my point of view, only Azmodan want it. It doesn't look like it make a big part of Act 4, like if it ends in act 3 with Azmodan.
Well, I'm really aware that 100% of this could be destroyed by the game itself, it is just my point of view!
Thank you
Imperius is angry after Tyrael and banished him from the high heavens and gave him a mortal life in the sanctuary? And then maybe you have to find a way to bring his powers back.

That conception of the story is so good, I don't understand why people didn't talk about it after your post. And the fact that Diablo use curses from Ball/Mephisto/Duriel/Andariel make it much more believable. And it would explain diablo's new form and the three heads part.
A barbarian build for bosses. It's all about DPS. No fury spender (because of the passive), dual-weild and dps cooldowns. It will be good if you don't take too much damage!
Barbarian! As far as I know, all my main on my multiple Diablo 2 accounts were barbarians. I used Sorceress for magic find and others class for fun from time to time. I like tanks and barbarians kinda are. On top of that, they smash threw their ennemies like candies!
I have no source, but I remember a blue post saying that all modes can be soloed. After all it is a single-player game and also a multi-player game so it would make no sense that you can't finish it alone. Something tell me it won't harder and not easier to do it alone but a lot less boring with your friends!
