Almost every season a friend and I play a two man push group. Basically with any combo as long as you are both reasonably good players you can break top 100.
We have done these combos
Wizard - DH
Crusader - DH
WD - DH
Dh - DH
Monk - Mage
and probably many more.
Either way, just pick whatever sounds fun and go for it.
