Me and a clan mate are trying to set up a group, we might be interested depending on how much you and your friend are gonna play?
Hey Justmen, I'd like to join Outcast for season 12! Im paragon 1565+ NS (don't remember exactly) on my second account and I more or less only play seasons.
I've been around the 900-1000 paragon mark in the last 3 or 4 seasons and ever since midway through s11 my old clan sort of died so I'm looking for a new one xD
For s12 I'll be going Necro to start off with (because I didnt last season) and sooner or later switch over to a zbarb and znecro for speeds and pushing.
oh, and im 19 so not a complete teenage bum!

I might be interested mate, but what paragon are you NS and how many hours a day are we talking? You see, as much as I would love to play a 4 man group all season I got work and so on, so it depends on how serious you want to go.
I still havent decided between crusader and necromancer. I honestly think crusader might actually compete with WD in season 12 for the trash clear spot, the buffs to blessed hammer and the anti-lag fix should make it more than viable to push 125's. With that said, half of the season will be speed 80-100's and I'm unsure how the Sader will hold up in those.
However, the Necro start set is OPOP and honestly I know I can start soloing 75-80's at paragon 400 with full bloodlance build GG.
Mabye if you get really pissed off and start hating on the devs they will change it? Stupid, stupid, stupid... and untrue. Yes, they buffed rathma's speed, but I think season 12 will be interesting. First of all I'm pretty sure that crusader will replace WD in 4 man metta, the buffs are just too strong. Secondly, look at the DH notes dude, the dmg is actually insane.
THUD is for cheaters! It's not gamebreaking like botting, but it's certainly not legit. My problem with THUD is that it removes a large part of the "skill" difference between players. With THUD u don't have to think or actually be good at the game to be effecient, you just have to look at some numbers calculated for you by the program and spam some buttons... and honestly, how fun is that? Being a faceroller for a cheat for a video game... pathetic if you ask me.
The issue is that THUD makes D3 less rewarding for skilled players and the most fun games are the ones where skill and dedication mean alot, which it does in diablo, unless you cheat. It's not HEALTHY for the game, bottom line. I mean the entire point of diablo is that it takes time, dedication and creativity to actually be good, which is also why its rated mature. So dont cheat, if you cant handle the math go play Skyrim or something.
It is no secret that Crusaders have been at rock bottom for at least the last 3 seasons, the crusader has no place in the metta and falls behind almost every other class in almost every single roll. However, we did see bliz try to reestablish some sort of place for the crusader by buffing the hammerdin build - but alas it wasn't enough and crusader still seems to be the dry spec of poop stuck to the bottom of an old excretion bucket.
But maybe there is hope for the Cader yet with the new patch 2.6.1:
after reading the patch notes I realized that most of the major buffs in damage percentages on items were for the crusader - furthermore the blessed hammer skill got a major damage increase and all in all this may bring the Hammerdin 4 man trash clear build on par with Arachyr WD. Is arachyr WD the best trash clear build? no. But unless you are looking to push gr 110, I belive the new hammerdin will be more than viable for next season.
This is true in most cases, but when the top teams are fishing for the perfekt rift's no one has to do much of anything because of the sheer density and pylon distrebution.
Trag'Oul's is very strong, but I see the necromancer as a class being very weak in a season: they are super slow, they die very easy, you need some proper rolls to be effective and nobody knows what build is the best atm. That's why DH and Wiz will be a much safer and faster bet - you don't need the worlds best RG killer to do 115+ GR's, a wiz will do 110 faster than a DH and a wiz will be able to do it within a week... the Necro won't. The biggest problem with this game is that everybody follows the leaderbords (myself included) and become snobbish about what class you play. A DH, a wiz and a Necro will all be super strong RG killers in s11 and very, very few people will even need to worry about which is best because they'll never do higher than 105.
I think the overall meta will be very much the same as last season. I have done gr 100+ with a trash-clear-necro which worked fne, but I don't see it replacing the WD by a long shot. For the supports spots I am almost certain that we will see the omnipresent Barb and Monk in 4 man groups, Monk can't be replaced simply put and the barb offers too much utility to swap in higher lvl speed clears.
The RG Killer spot will be a season-long contest between the DH, the Wiz and the Necro. Personally I think all three classes are pretty much the same unless you are pushing 120+: all 3 can clear an RG within 3 mins in 110's with ease. With that said I see the Necro coming on top of the other two, but not with the Inarius build. I belive the Trag'Oul corpse lance build will be the strongest RG killer in the game for season 11... I did some testing and it turns out that a 2.5 mil DPS Trag-Corpse-Lance can clear a 105 RG in one rotation... 30 seconds or so.
I'd say that the problem isn't build diversity, the problem is that most people stalk the leaderbords and copy the top-tier builds. Why does no one play Hammerdin? It's a build capable of replacing the WD till about 110 in a strong group, very few people go higher than 110 but still no one is playing The Hammerdin because no one on the leaderbords pushing 120+ is... Same with Firebirds, Helltooth, Zuni and so on - most of these sets can easily do GR 100+ but no one is using them.
At the moment the DH mark for death rune spreads the farality to instakill all mobs in the AoE of the marked for death. It's a bug, there is no synergy. The DH+Necro+Monk with a WD is powerful, but realisticly it would never be able to clear the Rift Guardian in 100+ RG's, it would take an entire day to spirit-barrage even with stricken. I think Bliz want to keep the current 2-support 2-DPS Meta and therefore fix the bug.
