So, i was testing it out and it seems that Manalds Heal every now and then wont proc, I'm not sure what causes it but i went through my entire Archon form and it didn't proc once on the rift guardian. The next time i tested it and it wouldn't proc i just waited a few seconds and moved around then started to cast again and it immediately started to proc again. Now I'm not sure if this is a bug but every time its happened in rifts now i just move a little and it starts to proc again.
