I assume playing Dio's Holy Diver full volume on loop is mandatory when using this build?

Some of the legs, the special property is just something that doesn't normally roll on that slot, see Justice Lanter Ring and Doombringer Sword, both have block chance.

All of these skills are significantly overpowered. I don't think you could implement the belt with the bank tab because that would be affecting the UI, which is could cause problems for the user in-game.
Ignore the number, look at the idea.

Funny to see that after more than a year we stillhave the same fucktards with the same arguments.
And how does this statement not apply to your original post (or any since)...?
Because it's the internet, so Twoflower is clearly the only one here is is absolutely, 100%, without question correct.

Things will not get much better after RoS hits either. There will be a little run while leveling, and then you will find some quick updates at 70, but i give it a week or two at max before we are in the same position again, that we have tons of drops and none are upgrades.
    Obvious troll is obvious.

Of course you won't find updates regularly if you already own items from the top 1% of those available, that's how maths works.

posted a message on Did something happen recently?.
Frankly I suspect a lot of it comes down to people having no idea what a beta actually is, and I partly lay the blame for this at the feet of developers as typically these days beta actually means "pretty much the version of the game that is going to ship, we're just using you to stress test so aren't even going to wipe the game" rather than an in development build where literally everything is subject to evaluation and change.

I also saw quite a bit of QQ from the changes to rift keys, which was quite funny.

posted a message on BOA's purpose is bullshit
    Quote from Kiwimustang67

BOA does not worry me, if I find legs I will use them for all my characters and if I don't need it no big deal, I will just vend or sell. But what is annoying is once again the devs just stated that the designers love the idea of killing monsters to get loot, kill more monsters and get more loot how ever they have partially killed that idea by dropping leg rates because of gambling legs. I DO WANT TO FIND LOOT but how can I if the leg drop is poor, I don't intend to gamble my ass off just to MAYBE get legs. I have not had the chance to try gambling and so therefore I do not know what is involved, does it cost gold and mats? and if you do how often you run out before you need to run out and get more? BOA is just one part of the over all tuning problems at the moment, there has to be a balance but finding loot should be the biggest priority to pleasing most of the player base. It is like "What came first? the chicken or the egg?" we need loot before we can start worrying about BOA.
BOA in and of itself doesn't worry me, it's the effect it has on drop rates that does, my main fear since it was announced is that leg/set drop rates are either going to be to low so you don't feel you'll have the chance to complete any set ever or find that 1 build defining item you've been after for a year or too high so that leg/set seem to be raining from the sky and leg/set items just become the normal, in both instances the gameplay will feel unrewarding and tedious.

posted a message on Buying ROS yes, no?

If this was a sensible thread I give a proper answer, but seriously you are using the design of the in-game menus as a reason not to buy the game? Quite obvious you've created a thread just to moan.
