every skill synergy with each one, its for pvp, the enemie wont be able to move since it get frozen with every spell, plus in frozen state you take more damage with every spell. this build is a must in pvp

Quit believing and spouting off Daeity's falsehoods and look at the facts. This is a matter of causality wherein it is popularly maintained that event A (the GRB's non-approval of the RMAH) caused event B (the game delay) when in actuality event B happened months before.
i did happend months ago but just at the same time GRB disapproved diablo 3 RMAH which i dont think is a casuality . blizz is not giving any explanation of what the "delay is" so we all focus the korea problem.
For months different blizzard reps were saying the game was ready and they mostly needed to test bnet servers and other minor things with the beta. It wasn't until after the korean situation that they stated they "had been given more time" to polish, fix bugs, or rework any systems like with runes. The korean rmah problem is *the* reason it's not already released.
But, hopefully when they do release it we'll have a kick ass rune system and maybe a few other things that would have been D3 Patch 1.1 instead of release. Also, I know they don't want to delay the game indefinitely because of korea. They've already delayed it a few months because of them, so I'm guessing that if the koreans still won't cooperate about the rmah they'll just release it to the rest of us anyways and give them a version with no rmah at all.
They wanted to release d3 in nov/dec, but couldn't because of the korean grb. I can't believe they want to wait all the way until summer to release it instead regardless of the rmah issue. They have to release it in feb/march at the latest.

Ive heard that you will encounter the necromancer in D3 at some point, I'm not the person who's an expert on this though, maybe some one with more knowledge will post here.

i have been asking my self what happened to the old d2 heros paladin , amazon , necromance, assesin , sorcerer , druid . what are their story after d2 events, do they just went home with his respected families?

I guess that Blizz would announce the release date very soon. Game Rating Board in S.Korea will have a meeting on D3 issue today at local time. I hope that everything goes well.
Depends. Most Koreans think that the game will not pass and will be rejected, meaning there are 2 things that could happen.
a) Blizzard resubmits the game without RMAH or with some change
b ) Blizzard releases worldwide except for Korea
The thing is, if Blizzard is waiting for Korea this long, they probably will not stop trying to get game rated in Korea for quite some time. We will see.
As for announcement-> release period, most likely between 1,5 - 2,5 months.
blizz just need to let out of korea from the global release or the RMAH just from korea, because delating the RMAH would be a shit i think many people would be disappointed
They said it, it's not because of the Korea situation, if you are still believing that Blizzard is liying to us on that... well don't know what to tell you.
The Korea market situation is probably one of the factor that added to the delay, but it's not the sole purpose.
Will we have a release date announcement? I doupt it. Not before the mid-january.
How long after the announcement will it be release? I'd say it all depends on when they announce it, but I would expect 1 month.
