    Yeah, right now Wormwood is still sufficient (GR50) and allows me not to use locust swarm and have another skill in it's place instead. I noticed the slow lately but it's not really written anywhere in the haunt's skill descripiton, that's why I was concerned.


    Indeed - if every haunted enemy is slowed, BotT seems a great idea. I'd still use Pain Enhancer (DoT) too, but what about the third one? I was thinking about keeping the TotS, but I don't know if it's worth it, but the rest is either deffensive - which I don't really need, or useless for the build. Or maybe BotP?

    Thanks for the huge reply, that's exactly what I was hoping for. :D


    I got a few concerns though. I was considering Bane of the Trapped myself (as a DH main with cold-focused marauder build and Cull the weak passive user I'm used to using it), but no skill actually applies slow in this build, except for the Sould Harvest on Lnaguish, which requires being close to the enemies often - which on the other hand denies the Zei's Vengance stone dmg amplification. I would still use the Pain Enhancer, as it works with the general idea of a DoT build.


    I didn't like the idea of dropping the spider queen (never enough DoT) as it is 2625% (and allows to control the arachyr's spider queen passive), but that was because I didn't know about the Harvester's knife existance, I was using Sould Harvest before I dropped it for Haunt after dropping RoE (Swallow your Soul rune, I was short on mana).


    About CREEPING DEATH. Does it actually work? If it does, does it work on bosses too? I read it lasts 5min, but don't know id the ticks just deal smaller amounts, or the dmg speed is the same (it would mean haunt potentially deals 30x times the original dmg, that would be ridiculous), and WHY do the animations stop? I legit dropped it because I can't seem to trust it. I use the locust swarm with creeping death equipped, I use it again 15s later and I see the animation effect of it spreading between the enemies that supposedly had it already, it's hard to tell if the animations stay on them in the chaos of battle, but they seem to disappear completely on bosses - does the dmg and dmg amplifier from RoE stay anyway?


    The follower-only build gives me no concerns, apart the Bane of the Trapped again (deja vu? ;)). Is it really worth, with the only slow being on Sould Harvest (12s CD, small range).


    Anyway, thank you very much for the comment again. I'll keep you updated, I feel like using self-made build is more satisfactory than playing the same thing everyone is just because it's the strongest one when it gives you no fun.


    EDIT: Are you sure the RoE doesn't work on anything else? Why? I'm fairly sure it does, as I just tested it. I put locust swarm and 1 haunt on a group of enemies I released my fetishes on and waited. No acid cloud. The fetishes spreaded out pretty consistently hitting at least 5+ enemies at once, the one with haunt dies in less than a second while the others ~10s... Isn't that the RoE amplification on fetishes? And does it amplify haunt and locust swarm themselves? Probbly not, that would be sick...


    EDIT2: I just dropped Wormwood, and it feels like cheating. Threw out locust swarm for soul harvest, switched out Vision Quest and Spiritual Attunement for Rush Essence and Creeping Death, GR40 in 8min without a death, I don't even gave to do anything, everything just... dies...

    Hey guys. I'm playing season 8 for about 23+ hours ATM (I know it's not a long time). And I came up with a build scraped from what I happened to loot, but failed to find any guide for - Arachyr's/Zunimassa's set crossover. There it is:


    The point of the post is to hear what you think about it, get as many constructive comments, tips, advices, possibly ideas about what to improve and what to look for to make it actually strong. Any thoughts on skills, items, cube effects, legendary gems appreciated. Thanks in advance, let's discuss ;)
