You clearly don't get that he's trying to be funny. Stop taking yourself so seriously. If his employer allows an employee to act a certain way, clearly they think he's being professional and until you pay the checks, your opinion doesn't matter.
Not to be an ass but damn. A guy makes a poke at how often players complain and you get mad? That's seems a bit ironic to me.
