Hello guys, just needed some help on gearing up,

About a week ago, i found two Travelers pledge

1.Non-ancient travelers pledge

Cold skill 20% damage

CHC - 8.0

CHD - 98.0

Socketed

2. Ancient travelers pledge

Int 996

CHC - 10.0

CHD - 99.0

Socketed

Which is better? The non ancient one or the ancient, im at around paragon 1182

Advices would be much appreciated, thanks

Oh one more thing, which of these stats comes first/prioritize - Attack speed or Area Damage, sorry for the noob question
