The Bone Wall value is not good. It gives way to much life like in the thousand. With + 2 to all skill my lvl 17 Bone Wall has a value of 98 life while my lvl 3 Bone prison is at lvl 3 with 52 life.
Also Bone Prison is not good. At lvl 3 with +2 to all skill it has 52 life on the calculator it is indicated 71 or 72 life. Btw I only have 1 point in Bone Armor lvl 3 with +2 skill.
