    @molster

personally id rather have them say nothing till its done then post vague info updates constantly. i get they are trying not to be too specific so no one uses it against them to get upset but seriously.. say something WORTH saying or say nothing at all. IMHO :/
But thats the issue im trying to make... what about the people that DO want to know some kind of date, and dont flip out on them, and understand when it changes? they should not have to go in the dark because others dont like it.

Thats where the issue seems to be coming from...

there is no perfect "PR" in this case... everyones never going to be happy all at once..

true you "cant please everyone" its literally impossible. people find things to QQ about no matter how perfect things are. BUT id like less updates, just more specific ones. im not saying completely ignore the public till its done. just give specific info. we know that at this point in the final stage of development and they already pushed it back they for sure know AT LEAST the 1-2 month time frame its for sure going to be done. the beta isnt going to last 8 months, no game needs that much testing. so instead of "early 2012", say there almost posative its going to be done by march, they say "march-april for sure guys!" so they get extra cushion, and if it releases in march everyone praises them. giving a 6 months timeframe window just angers people. they may as well of said "sometime next year" considering how many ways "early" can be taken. <_<

I'm not positive on the details since I stopped playing WoW a few months ago. You can read about it on MMO Champion though (where I did), it was a pretty big deal since I'm pretty sure Paragon got caught in the backlash.

Here, I even got the link for you: Link

Long story short: Just because it's possible to do something in a game does NOT make it acceptable. Blizzard has been -very- clear on this point over the years and will not hesitate to punish abusers of the system.

i read it. something liek getting epic end-game loot through an exploit is OBVIOUS cheating. but with this, like i said if the lvl 1 can take a TP or flag or w/e and be there in person for the kill to get the XP i see no cheating here. its basically repeating an easy quest over n over. it seems more like a tristrun then it does an exploit of the game. to me anyways. i guess your super hardcore about anyone repeating a quest to power level. lol

Considering Blizzards stance on cheating, I'd strongly advise against doing anything like this when the game is live.

Unless you like buying multiple copies of a game.

    L - O - L

This is cheating how? The game allows It therefor by definition It Isn't cheating.

Now I know generalizations are very very common, but this one is extreme. Every black person in america is entirely responsible for their unemployment, and they are never treated poorly by anyone. The statement alone is very contradicting, but the generalization is so broad it's absurd. Really now?

uhm... yes, yes they are 100% responsible... ? nothing contradicting about it. they are as well as everyone else on earth is responsible. lol. blame the government if you too pathetic to take control of your own life.

    Quote from Moxx

This is not a very healthy attitude I gotta say, you must have a lot of enemies. "You deserve to be treated like shit when you dress like shit" is something I would expect to hear from a KKK member or something like that, someone extremely racist and assumptive, condescending and shortsighted. I am not saying you are all those things (you keep showing everyone all the time), but how do you handle a bum on the street asking for a little change? Do you assault him with a bat and kick his teeth in and end his miserable existence? Talk about lack of tolerance man. Who knows why he's dressing like shit, perhaps he hasn't had a lot of luck in his life and ended on the street. If you want someone to follow your sense of fashion, then why not buy him some stilettos and a dress instead? Treating him like shit because he looks like shit will probably not make your fashion sense appeal more to him. Also, talk about superficiality. God dang.

dressing like "shit" as in dressing like a retarded gangster and expecting ANYONE to take you seriously, especially for a job. and bums are people too, which means they are also equally responsible for their actions, their life, and their unemployment. i never said assault anyone? rofl. wow your going way out in left field as usual moxx. or anything about fashion wow. dressing immaturely and expecting to be taken maturely is pretty retarded. would you show up to a job interview with your pants below your ass and a shirt 7 sizes too big? and then get offended when they treated you like shit? lol

    Quote from Moxx

Surely this is entirely dependent on the job in question? I am guessing the statistics you studied to back up this claim are either misrepresenting the masses or you're just talking out your ass like always. Women are the better looking sex, so usually they're popular for jobs that involve other people. Men are still the most popular sex when it comes to leadership jobs and such things. Other than that I'm not sure what your point is here.

you took the sex as the main part of that? were talking about blacks moxx, stop going out in left field again. affirmative action helps blacks get more jobs then whites, even with a shittier resume. lol

posted a message on Is January 17th still viable?
    Quote from Zaagazug

Who knows when they will release the game but January 17th is still clearly possible. Like any other game the DVDs/Manuals/Boxes are made well in advance and if they were not made in November already they most likely have the print slots in December.

Question is still when Blizzard think the product is ready - there are no practical problems with January 17th nor is it against what Blizzard has done in the past (like some claim above) - WoW was released 19 days after the announcement.

proof of release date announcement date being 19 days before or it didnt happen.

    seriously.

posted a message on D3 Weak Class System - Blizzard Out of Good Ideas?
    Quote from Jamoose

Too many trolls bashing on people that start threads. This sucks.

I dont like the fact that there is no skill choice and stat allocation... But i will wait and see how the rest works. Im not that concerned.

skill choice? you can only have 6 active skills out of the 20ish with 1 rune each in them. and 3 passives. i know your not stupid so you know the possible different combinations of skills w/ passives reaches the hundreds of millions and it would literally take 1000 life times to test every single possible build.

if your talking about skill choice in the sense that you cant repick like d2 was then thats pretty moronic considering how broken that system was mainly because of that fact. even with adding the respec tokens the D2 skill system is still severely broken. so i dont see where that complaint in D3 is valid. all the "no custimization QQ"'s that happened in the beginning stopped once people took a minute and actually realized its far more custimization then D2 had.

you say wait and see how it works and your not concerned but i dont see how you could even possibly come to that conclusion with the information we have.
