I am content with how item data looks, but your idea is definitely better (although I like that part where it tells you what you gain/lose by equiping this weapon, which you didnt put there).
I just hope they will change font of items lying on the ground. It looks unprofessional. Everything else is great :D

Yes! The font definitely looks like something out of an alpha or even just a proof-of-concept build. They've polished so much more of the game so hopefully they aren't content with that terrible font.

posted a message on Diablo III Tyrael Hoodie on Sale Now
    Quote from Firehært

For a quality hoodie, 70$ is nothing. I'm usually forced to pay around 80-120 euro for one. However, I didn't like any of the tees/hoodies except tyrael side premium tee but I noticed the design flaw in it. So none...

    What design flaw?

posted a message on Boss Info Artwork Update, Stackable Items @ AH
Mrzazou it only takes as many as you need from someone's stack. So if you need 10 more and the next cheapest stack (George's) is 20 you'll only take 10 and George will have 10 left to sell. Next person wants 15 they will take George's last 10 and 5 from the next cheapest stack.

It could even get sort of complicated like:

    I need 20

    I get:
    3 for 0.30
    10 for 0.35
    5 for 0.38
    1 for 0.40
    1 for 0.55

Instead of the obnoxiousness of doing this through page searches and constantly purchases like WoW, D3 will handle it all automatically, making sure every piece is as cheap as possible.

I really dislike the idea of some Follower-only gear being drops. They should be crafted only. People who play multiplayer games exclusively are getting screwed, not to mention the fact that it's pretty underwhelming to have everything else's drop chance reduced by an item that's for an AI NPC that's balanced to benefit no where near the way you do for items.
Well, in the end it's just an item like any other you don't need, you can either salvage it or sell on the Auction House or give it to a friend, if you choose not to use it. I don't think that's an issue to be worried about at all.

I get what you mean, but it's no different than any item drop that you don't actually need and let's not forget that his is a result of the randomness in the drop system.

It's now more of those types of items in the list of potential drops. It's not cool. I'd salvage or sell the gear I would replace on the follower from crafting. Win-win. Diluting the drop waters even more for gear going towards a weak NPC (one that you might not even use if you play MP) is extremely fail.

Blizzard doesn't treat fansites with any respect anymore so who cares. Download the client and datamine to your heart's content.
Wait wait wait! If you really think that you should immediately resign from the Blizzard official fansite contract and refuse to visit any fansite summit.

Again hasn't stopped Boub from getting information first in WoW won't stop him for Diablo. If Blizzard wants to do the legwork to pull the site off the list of invites for future summits, whatever. Boub will still manage to get the info at pretty much the same moment those at the summits do (if not earlier).

Diablofan0815 I know exactly what Blizzard does with fansites who DO comply with the fansite agreement. They start handing out beta keys after F&F, lift the NDA, but prohibit their fansites to talk about it while everyone else is posting legions of videos and new information on youtube.

Blizzard doesn't treat fansites with any respect anymore so who cares. Download the client and datamine to your heart's content. Boub has been doing it for years and still mmo-champ manages to be the first of ANYONE to announce things yet to be revealed officially. Now that he's running the show here...we'll get the same benefit. Why the hell would I care what Blizzard cares about data mining again?

I've been searching for a good mouse for a while, u guys think this mouse is worth to buy to just play wow/d3?

I've preached it a couple times; Razor Naga bro. Don't be intimidated by the 12 thumb buttons on the side, or the two extra on the left mouse click; It's faster than any keyboard hotkey for wow, and I'll be able to put every skill I can use in D3 on them, as well as whatever UI functions I want to. It's like ~$99, but by far the best mouse I've owned. It's also been over two years of constant use (mostly wow so I'm using all my buttons) and it's got ZERO wear and tear. Get it, you won't be sorry.

Tip: DON'T use the handicap little stickers it comes with so you can memorize the buttons w/o looking, it only hinders you. It'l take like ~30 minutes of practice to muscle memory it, then you're good to go =P

Unless your hands are really tiny, only the first 6 are really useful (I have one). After that you have to contort your thumb in odd ways that make the efficiency lose out to keyboard hotkeys. Also TBH no class in WoW needs 12 hotkeys + 7-8 keys you have within left hand range (w/o moving).

*Why can't I edit my own posts? That's really dumb.

Unless you live in the backroom in Gamestop you're not playing the same time as those getting the digital version. Even though they make sure everyone has paid in full, done trade-ins, etc before midnight, they still take damn near forever to divvy up the copies after 12:01. It's definitely not the same at ALL.

Blizzard seems to have forgotten that they plan on gold being very meaningful in this game (heck, it will have a real cash equivalent). Everyone who wants to make more real money or simply have that precious gold will loot EVERYTHING. They are too stuck on D2 where the incentive was to skip everything you didn't want. Now everything is useful.
