posted a message on problems with new skill swapping system?
I dont get what the big deal is... if your swtiching skills mid combat, you deserve to die. You should be fighting when there are demons nearby, not reading menus.

If your mad you died because you put all your skills on cooldown with 50 imps chasing you, thats not really a system issue. You were aware of the risk, took it, and paid the price.

I found this game back when Windows 95 was the most commonly used platform for PC in a bargain bin for $3.00 and couldnt believe I randomly picked out such a great game when I was only 8. I lost the discs over the years but this really hit me with the nostalgia stick, Thanks much!

I really wish they would allow a pre-download, so I can rush home, enter my key and start playing, without waiting for the install (and also my DVD rom on my PC is stuffed, and it takes time for me to create the ISO for install with my laptop - which is what I now do for all optical disks).

There will be a pre-download and itll be available on Blizz site (all majour torrent sites) because Blizz is doing digital downloads and wow annual pass free (source: my wow account says pre-download coming soon!). So you will be able to do this!

Yes, they will have to because people that have the Annual Pass will need to download the game, and I could forsee a lot of negative comments if they are not on-par with people buying in store in regards to the client and vice versa.

I get Diablo 3 for free, and not interested in the Collectors Edition, but a realease date would still be nice, because I plan to order my new motherboard and video card around that time.

posted a message on Multiple Builds
I believe currently it was stated that there are no immunities, but high resistance tags, such as 80-90% resistant to certain elements, and that they did not like the fact that certain monsters could completely shut down your build if they got lucky, and that this method allows you to at least eventually kill it, while not being totally effective

posted a message on RMAH Gold Farming
You already forget that people only have access to the RMAH in their own area. America has the American RMGH and Asia has the Asia RMGH, possibly even more refined. It won't be as easy for them to get an account into the American RMGH and "cash out" their funds, because they will have so many extra steps to get the money back to them it may end up not even being worth the trouble, not the mention with all that extra trouble they have to compete with almost every other potential player in selling items now. I would say Blizzard has thought this through and only time will show if theory trumps reality.

posted a message on Allow destructibles to damage players in Hardcore
Adding artificial difficulty to "Hardcore" defeats the purpose of it.

The thing that makes Hardcore difficult, is the fact that you only get one chance, and adding in random new elements that don't exist in the normal game for the sake of difficulty would only annoy people.

Nothing needs to change, the game will be hard enough in that you can't rush ahead and will be forced to think about where you are going and what you are fighting, and the risk vs reward, not whether your randomly slung spell is going to hit a tree causing it to explode and the splinters kill you.

posted a message on false (badly worded) info in blue post and force vid about caster dmg
I don't get whats so confusing. Spells only SCALE with weapon damage, and attack can "increase" their damage further. Blizzard specifically said they want the spells to now scale with weapon damage only, and not levels. Simple, not wrong, not confusing.
