Quote fromHey Umaro, I LOVE Final Fantasy 6!!!!
I've been browseing Blizzard Entertainment's wares ever since it was founded by Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham, and Frank Pearce [then Silicon & Synapse], back in 1991.
If what my current aformentioned knowledges are lead to be believed, "that" which is coming out of the very closed doors of Irvine, California, will completely, and totally redefine the genre: badass.
When I was much younger, I'd connect to Blizzard Entertainment's website, and see a new annoucement, after new annoucement, after another....symbolism, plethora of historical references, and then I thought: "hey, wait a second, who are these guys? They aren't like any other videogame developer. I'm in love!"
As each new clue and an arcane explosion of riddles were released, every new title became a game to me; "what could it be?" Early on, I thought I was nuts. I had made "certain" connections, but then thought: "no, no, no way, that's impossible!". Which in turn developed into: "ok, that's it, that just defines coincidence to a tee!".
And yet, here I am before you today, with the very same facial expression, of which Keanu Reeves displayed, when he had learned of the matrix: "Whoa!". As Blizzard's current project[s?] are indeed that which can be defined by a single alkaline battery.
If you ponder as to why I torture and tease, WWI 2008 isn't "very" far off........
