That just said as long as it was active at some point before then your good, it even says yes your eligible.. you jsut need to get your account taken care of.

After talking to a Blizz rep and GM I have gained the following information.
You had to have A ACTIVE WoW account prior to October 18 as of this moment in order to be able to go with the promotion.
On top of that they may have a sweeping thing to go through accounts to see if their eligible but ignore that if you havn't had an active account.
My account was in good standing according to rep but because of not being active until now not eligible. Even though;

yeah that just means you have a locked account, aka it was probaly hacked at some time...
So because something silly has happened I get punished. Oh fantastic... if that's what the GM say's I want a refund and I won't even play D3 or SC2 anymore. Like wtf.
what are you talking about? if your account was hacked it was used for illega ingame actions... so yes they would close it. the will simply re-open it once they know your in control, just chill =P

Click on whats in this picture, it takes you to the page. it should not say "view community site" it should now show "get diablo 3 for free"
