The MH wiz should be pretty competitive but DH probably helps more on the rift as it acts as a third support for WD. My group hasn't tested MH Wiz enough this patch to really say much on the matter other than it has potential if one can learn to adequately target RG with hydra using a controller.
As we know, console will have seasons for the first time (pray for clean no duping seasons please!). The problem the last couple of patches for console has been the lack of a RG killer as Gen monk is all but impossible to play when you can't control dash distance. That is now solved by the Impale DH which plays nicely on console.
Due to console issues such as neph glory and lag I believe the DH will need to be played different from PC. PC firebat WD easily can clear good push rifts at similar levels as on console they have a much harder time. 117 clear shows what I believe may be the most effective game play for the console DH.
I wasn't going to post anymore on the topic but I do want to clarify.. yes we do benefit from extra twister damage due to the lags and yes its apart of the strategy we have to use. Its not a hack and nothing we can do about it so we use it to our benefit. DoT damage does no benefit with this and you can see our cool downs to do not get the benefit of the lag. Is this as impressive as PC 120 clears... probably not but it shouldn't be compared to PC platform as they can not use 2 damage dealers or get extra damage from extra twisters but on the flip side the supports on PC have it so much easier than we do on console as the lag messes with pulls and barb has a horrid time using ancient spear. I didn't post for pats on the back as I already knew hate and negativity would come (they do it to fellow PC players as well). I'm actually impressed by some of the positive comments TBH (thanks again).

Anyway, I will quit poking the bear and end the thread with a simple Thank You all for taking the time out and seeing what we do on console, we have much respect for top PC players and we all can agree on how much fun Diablo is. Buy a PS4 and add me and I'll be happy to show you lol, not sure what your wanting me to say.. our communities (players from all corners of the globe example: Americas, Europe, Japan, South Korea, etc) are rather small as has most pointed out Console is full of Modders with 10K paragons so we have to stay close as a community of like minded players and keep rooms to Friends/Invite Only. Like I said before if there are unknown groups to us that have pulled similar Trials off I would love for them to come forward. You will be hard pressed to find any group with 3K or less paragon using gems legitimately upgraded that can make this claim. Once again Console isn't easy just like PC isn't easy not any random joe can do this with out experience.
First of all, Im not all that familiar with youtube so Im not sure how to combine clips, the clips on PS4 only save the last 15 mins of gameplay and I upload via my PS4 so that would be the reasoning. Also one could say PC is full of cheats aka bots but I prefer not to engage in such a topic.
As for the Toxin Gem, on ps4 double damage globes spawn at kill intervals and after 200 kills no double damage will spawn.. its a pain in the you know what to end a kill streak with Toxin Gem so we don't mess with it... there is no bug but the 10 seconds of damage it applies to enemies hit is the issue. It is possible to use but IMO its to much of a risk at high levels... if you have no problems ending kill streak with Toxin than there is no problem using it but when you start running into clock lag in 100+++ rifts you will start seeing the issue. So it is usable on console but you risk losing double damage for small gains from Toxin Gem.
Not sure what supports you have but another FYI is do not use Locus swarm/cube weapon with WD on console, instead use Wall of Death (cold rune) which PC can't really use because of lag issues.

We have to monitor Kill Streaks/cant use Toxin Gem due to it stalling out our damage, also we cannot target as effectively as PC players so hate all you want but that fact is there is only one Asian group that has 120+ clears on console (PS4).. this isn't easy.. also yes it takes 30 minutes sometimes longer depending on Mob type/progression but try and keep your focus for that long only to have a bad RG spawn w/ no pylon... its not like we got lucky and spawned Saxtris or the Rat.
Only one according to who? I didn't think Blizzard tracked consoles (due to the previously mentioned ease of cheating).
There are PS4 communities that say so.. if there are any other groups out there besides us and the Korean/Japanese group then I hope they step forward soon as it would be nice for more high level competition here but I'm afraid thats not the case =(

Hi, this group of four had a 120 clear last patch with 2 DMO, Monk, Barb and we have been pushing this patch after some gem ups. We use our 2 wiz, monk, barb set up again except of course its 2 Tal Rasha wizs now!
