Hey everyone,I know this doesn't belong here but I built a new pc just cuz im soo pumped for d3 and i just wanted to help the community by warning everyone how BAD Newegg's customer service is. When I recently built my own PC, and got all my stuff from Newegg. Everything was perfectly fine, until my PSU turned out to be faulty. When i tried to return the part, they denied my return on the grounds that i was missing the outer retail box. I included everything except the outer retail box (because I made the mistake of throwing it away). I know this is a simple mistake, but to deny a product return simply because the retail box was missing is absurd- what are they going to re sell a faulty part? So just an FYI, Neweggs customer service is absolutely terrible-especially their return policies (which are written in extremely small letters at the bottom of their emails). Dont buy from Newegg, other stores have very competitive prices and way way better service. I mean no harm, just trying to help the community out and prevent someone from making the same mistakes I made.
Fantastic Article. Just wanted to point out that TQ is only for PC, where as Torchlight can be played on both a PC and a Mac. Im playing Torchlight right now, its fantastic. So easy to customize gear/weapons/spells. Since it felt so much like d2 i did a little research and turns out one of the main developers was a founder of Blizzard North and worked on Diablo 1 and 2... so there ya go. I got it real cheap on Steam.
Man this is absolute BS that you are posting this up. This is a fan site for Diablo games... not other games that directly rip of Diablo. I have not played PoE and frankly, refuse to do so. I checked out the page and i mean the whole lay out and health/mana system looks exactly like a diablo game with the orbs and such. Couldnt they at least try to make its own impact on the Action RPG... or are all their ideas stemming from Diablo... i dont see anything unique or original about this game. I understand the want/need to play a action rpg and were all bleeding outa our eyes to get the beta for d3 and more importantly, the actual game; but PoE looks like absolute shit and is a complete rip off the diablo saga. Also why are you posting this here in a diablo forum? Thats like saying how cool pepsi is on a coke forum. If you need a game to play till d3, buy an original game not some lame knockoff...
I agree with some people above that (unfortunately) Tyreal will eventually be exposed as the bad guy that he is. Now before you freak out, listen up. Im not saying that Tyreal is bad in the sense that he wants to destroy humanity. But i do think he wants "control" over humanity for a different purpose that we dont know yet. Especially with the destruction of the world stone... Heaven and Hell are now fully aware of the location of Sanctuary that Inarius and Lilith tried to hide from both sides. Remember inarius (the angel) wanted to reduce our power to CONTROL us. Where as Lilith (the demon) wanted to harness our power and use it to...defeat both sides. Who knows what could have happened then? what if our power was used... Inarius could never let that happen. So why is Tyreal helping us? What is his incentive? Demons try to control us with fear, Angels with Religious righteousness... either way its is still control. Just a thought for the community... dont mean to offend anyone.
