I never had any spawn in the towers either. I did have several spawn in Garden of Hope T1 area. My friend who was also farming for falcon wings at the time also had several spawns as well.

When I was strictly farming for menagerist goblins, it would be at least a week in between sightings. Since I've started farming for only rainbow goblins, I will run into one every other day. One time I found two of them the same day two days in a row.
Hello i have a simple question me and my friend party together alot and she has all the pets will the goblin appear for me even if i dont have all pets but she does?
Yes, the goblin will still spawn. I was in a team with someone who had all the pets when he came across a menagerist goblin. I was able to teleport to him and still get the pet drop.
I just found a Menagerist Goblin after farming Act 5; Pandemonium level 2 for almost 2 hours. Too bad it dropped the ugliest pet ever...Grunkk. This seems to be the best spot that I have farmed. There have been runs where I have run into 2 goblins (usually treasure and blood thief) in the same area.
