Did anyone else ever see a rare archer in the beta with the affix/name deadeye? I was in a group and saw a rare archer but he was dead before I got a screen shot. Only ever saw him once so wasn't sure if it was affix or part of his name.
I don't think runestones will go away. But I have a feeling its going to be much different then what we are seeing now.
I actually heard a theory where runestones wouldn't drop till nightmare and/or Level 30ish drop. This theory was based on blizzard wanting you to see the ability and use it before you start putting runes into it. Which i'm not a fan of but you just never know with blizz.
I want runes to be rare and unique so my hopes that this new system will be awesome is very high.
Do you think they will add the runes into the beta for testing?
I was talking about diablo 3 with a friend and he brought up something interesting and I didn't know for sure. I've seen videos of beta and joining games. Right now you join based on the quest. Is it possible to name your new game. Ex: Complete Run!, MFing Cath, AFK here, etc.
I hope that you can name your games but can anyone with Beta confirm this? Thanks
I want to get a feeling for which class will be my main. I'm leaning towards witch doctor > demon hunter currently.
Mostly because I will roll hardcore after my first play through of inferno. I'm thinking a pet build will be very helpful in testing damage to see if a pack of monsters is to risky. I also just can't wait to play. If its only a taste its better then being the guy in the office who doesn't get a piece of birthday cake.
I really hope the pet builds are viable. I always loved my necro in D2. I believe one of the biggest advantages to pets will be the ability to test damage and see how hard Hell and Inferno monsters will be hitting. I will be rolling a WD in hardcore just for that reason. I'd rather see my pets explode then my friends at level 60 running into a unique pack in inferno!
I'm not really asking about multiple invites or the facebook contest. I have three different accounts and I've uploaded my same computer specs to the opt in system for all three accounts. I'm just wondering if opting in from the same computer/IP address would somehow void your opt in entry. Im probably just being paranoid but if I can get somebody's word that they got an invite after having opted in from multiple accounts it would set my mind at ease. I just find it kind of strange that people say they have opted in with 20+ accounts and have not received an invite yet.
It could be your system specs aren't something they want to or are worried about testing.
Which would result in you never get a invite. <_<
