Bashiok's comment about the 0.1% doesn't make any sense in that context, the build the guy is using is not a specific one that everyone is following, but the idea of using an expensive yet hardhitting ability, like the zombie bears, and supporting that with the Vision Quest passive, which triples mana regen if 4 spells are on cooldown, the choice of those spells is up to the player, including the runechoice (although mostly going for extra regen). That means there are loads more other builds that basically do the same thing, resulting in a much higher than 0.1% of all the builds.
The german translation of one of their pages specifically states "am 15. Mai um 09:01 Uhr MEZ freigeschaltet." The english version of that eu site only states may 15th, but it seems it will actually be a global release, not timezone based, as for central europe, CEST, 9 am is midnight PST.
I think Bashiok said a couple weeks ago that D3 will not have the option to span over multiple windows and thus enlarging your actual view on the field, it would give those players an edge over others, so the best you'd be able to do is stretch it out, which doesn't sound like a good option to me. So sticking to one screen fullscreen borderless and mail/chrome/tv/anything else on the other monitor ftw
There so much cheating in the beta right now. It's like D2. Hope they fix this stuff. I'm really not motivated right now as everybody is abusing the shit out of the flawed systems. I've sent atlast 3 emails to blizzard asking them to fix this. I really hope beta 10 will be out soon and address these issues.
Yeah, that must completely suck. I just wish any videos that get posted on these forums that show ways to exploit any part of the game would be deleted. We don't need that trash seeping into the populace.
I hope you realise that beta is all about finding the cornercases, the exploits, to find the things that should never make it into the live game. What do you care about if people in a beta environment have some better gear, as long as they document it and present it to blizzard it's a help to them, it's worse if people find those things and keep them to themselves in the hope they still exist in the release to abuse them.

What do you care about if people in a beta environment have some better gear, as long as they document it and present it to blizzard it's a help to them, it's worse if people find those things and keep them to themselves in the hope they still exist in the release to abuse them.
