posted a message on D3 duration and price

I have to say buy it, i've spent 6000+ hours easy in this game, and now with seasons you get a fresh start and start equal to everyone, (although it's not my thing).
The game also has an infinite scaling endgame, which is alot better than d2's static difficulty runs, and you can progress for personal gains or for ranking within the leaderboards...
If you decide to play season or not in EU apply to the diablo fans eu clan and we will invite, you'll have ppl to play almost always.
    EDIT: Buy the expansion ofc.

They are just NPC's that help you in that particular zone, the iron wolves.

posted a message on D3 new player

Class sets only drop in torment + difficulties, my advice would be to play in torment 1 and only up when u are clearing fast and comfortable, do bounties and normal rifts for cube and always do some greater rifts for the legendary gems, keep raising the difficulty according to the gear and gem lvls you get.

posted a message on Q&A @ Blizzcon - Paragon system

The paragon atm is just a "dumping points" system, it really should be turned into a talent/skill tree system that involves choices to be made so each character felt more unique.
They could go overboard and do it like poe or less complex like d2 or even super simple like wow talents, but we need choices and more character customization.
Unfortunately the way i see it the necro will be interesting for a couple weeks until we all discover that he only does endgame with a few blizzard selected builds/sets that are the most op and we are left with a preset class instead of a class built and customized by the player.

posted a message on Why all the hype about D2HD?

If D2 HD was released it would have MANY more players than Diablo 3. Not sure what you're talking about...

LOL, not sure if troll or not but now i'm the one not sure what you're talking about... even in HD D2 is outdated as fuck, most of it's systems and endgame (non-existant) would get ppl bored in no time, it would sell sure, mostly due to nostalgia, i played d2 for 8 years, when d3 released i never went back, sure d3 has it's problems, but if you think d2 hd would survive todays standards you're iluded.

D3 still has loads of potential, assuming they revamp some of it's systems, so imo an xpack is prefered, not to mention that d4 would take 4+ years to come, while an xpack would be like 1 year max.

posted a message on Anyone can help with this mage build

Looks like it could be a fun build with Triumvirate + Unstable Scepter and Serpent Sparker cubed, ofc it won't be optimal, but should clear np.
    PS: it's a Wizard, not a mage. ^^

posted a message on Mage - build help.

It's called a Wizard :P (Sorry, i had to, too many ppl calling them mere mages)
OT: Jalatiphra pretty much summed it up perfectly your weapon element is only relevant to normal weapon hits like shooting your wand (which deals shitty dmg anyway) but u can reroll the dmg if it's too low, but never remove it from a weapon or it'll deal close to no dmg.
