I wasn't sure if I should post this in the RNG thread or not, but I thought this was such an extreme statistical anomaly that I felt compelled to post it in general. Feel free to relocate it if you disagree.
Straight to the point then. I was crafting wands on the PTR for fun and this is what my inventory looked like after 20 crafts: http://i.imgur.com/IZ50DA2.jpg
1/4 wands were wohs. I made about 60 more wands after that just to see and I got 3 more, 1/20. In total 1/10 were wohs. Ofcourse this is far too few crafts to get a good picture, but I thought that even with 80 crafts 1/10 WoHs were extremely high/extremely unlikely. Which is why I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a wand of woh drop/craft rate is increased in 2.4.2? Or have I just exhausted all the luck I've been saving up for S7?
When is usually the glorious bloodshard/drop/craft rate spreadsheet made public?
