Honestly, this whole reading memory thing and banning is a tad silly. If what the OP says is true, then his argument holds merit. You cant police a game by what a person has running on their computer, alone. So what if he was running an auto clicker for something that was not interacting with Diablo (just going by what the OP claims), just having something running does not warrant a ban. Its all about the interaction.
I would honestly speak to Blizzard about this. They should be able to come up with additional evidence, besides only 'you had so and so program running', if you are in the wrong.
