My goal with this build was to help my role as a damage taker. So most of the skill have been taken around reducing incomming damage and healing myself from damage given.
Active
Cleave - Good damage and great for AoE
Seismic Slam - Good use for the knockback
Ignore Pain - Decent for the damage reducer but great for the healing
War cry - Good defence for yourself but can be great for allies
Revenge - Great AoE and also has healing capability
Wrath of the Berserker - Awesome buff that could prove really usefull
Passive
Blood thrist - With this constant healing it will be even harder to take me down
Superstition - Great for extra protection against element and the fury bonus is a nice welcome
Boon of Bul-Kathos - This is a more situational passive but could come handy in harder moments
