While they said they will announce around two months before release, which is standard, I would assume anyone interested in Diablo 3 has already pre ordered their desired editions / people have have been prepared for months. They could get away with a short notice.

it still seems very strange that only one website got the news.
Also keep in mind, Blizzard said they would like to give us a two month window before the game is released.
Over the last couple of years, I've gotten to know several other hardcore Hardcore players, if you know what I mean.

I really really hope they give us an endless dungeon before even pvp comes out. With this polls (those "favourite act environment" polls) they got a good answer for some of our favourite environments in the whole game. They must make the endless dungeon with mostly our favourite areas (from polls) and of course just a less chance of the other "bad" areas. After every other map, there may be a mini-boss, or they can just increase mob/elite density in the map itself.
Of course, these endless maps must be random generated, so they might just use the only random areas in the game which are dungeons.
You guys played Torchlight 1 right? It had an endless dungeon, and imo it worked really good.

Also if you your char IS strong enough to survive and actually kill on MP5<, you'll have to test your MP sweetspot yourself:
- Do MP 0-5 on a specific route.
- Time each MP.
- Count the # of quality vs quantity loot (rares/legendaries [can be seperate]).
- Find a balance for time vs loot.
- Play that MP.
If you're more concerned about XP do MP0/1; and if you're more concerned about getting good loot, you can choose a higher MP, but just not so high you take 5min to kill an elite.
What I do is:
- Play pub games for XP.
- Play MP for loot and/or key farming.
I'll switch between these ever so often, to get the best experience! :Thumbs Up:

I've had a many different kind of streaks over the 450-500 hours of play. I've had 2 legendaries drop in one Act 3 warden run; I've got no legendaries over a whole weekend of play; I've gotten no Monk set/legendaries items while playing the monk yet I've found 3 IK set pieces in almost succession with my barb; I've got the 2 Shenlong monk set pieces with my barb; I've never found a Mempo helmet; I've done 8 Act 1 warden runs on MP5 before finally getting the key (Not items, but still RNG); I've gotten all 3 keys successively doing warden runs from Act1-3 etc.
My experience of the RNG is that it's just RNG. Just because someone had a bad luck streak for 300hours of farming, doesn't mean Blizz is controlling the drop rates.
Just RNG. As stated above, I've gotten 3 IK set pieces in almost succession and 2 Shenlong set pieces while I played with my barb alone (which has less hours than my monk). I guess I just never had that long a bad luck streak to think otherwise :Thumbs Up:

Ahh it was you that added me...fellow South African!
Anyway picked up a new Shenlong fist weapon the other day, a nice one I'll say albeit just a bit of an upgrade. I had to switch my other weapon (which would make it almost 80k dps), cause I died easily on higher MP. With my current weapon it makes it 2.6% LL and 1400 LoH which is really nice on high MP.

If you have that passive, your dps on your battlenet page will say your dps is much higher than it actually is (100% CC). So if you're in a game farming, your CC will almost never get to 100% (depend on your base crit chance and how fast you farm of course), so your dmg in the game is not as high as your supposed dmg.

99% of the time on South African servers. The other 1% is EU servers, when I wanna play at 3-4am during the week when little to no people are on the RSA servers. :Thumbs Up:

They're all really good geared! I actually encourage people to play with all 5 classes to at least Inferno to experience all of them. I have finished Inferno with all my chars, but I find the Monk and Barb still my favourites with the WD in close 2de position. The Wiz and DH I didn't enjoy as much playing as the other 3 though, but I'll probably play with them again some time in the future, cause they're much better geared now than they were when I finished Inferno with them. But my Monk and Barb is my main.
