Most of what I want is trivial stats that are just interesting to look at after a year playing, so you can look back and say "what the hell am I doing with my free time"

Changed Gold to Alabaster Rune on WW as well. To get more healing done. While losing Ignore pain. u can get enough LL to survive.
U have to Use Massive Axes//maces to get +5% crit as well as to get +1 Fury every hit while wwing from weapons master passive.
Cons is that cool down of the skill(Berserker) is to high hope blizz will do something about that.

The idea of this build is to enjoy all time - whirl winding any time u want.
And having Decent Get away Survive Tools as you're Hardcore player.

General Idea - Is to Buff your self with 2 shouts, then Jump in with leap stannin all enemies and doing a bit of Fury generation with Cleave for those 3 secs of stun. Then your Fury regen should be enough for unstoppable enjoyment of WWing

As of Survivability:
Leap can be used as Get Away tool.
Ignore Pain with golden, is even better get away tool. As u get a huge knock back + damage reduction and CD is reduced so u can mostly use it all the time.
Plus Bloodthirst and Relentless is for sure to survive anyone around there, with Free WWing(Relentless), U probably can survive even like in D2 with Lifeleech(Bloodthirst) having -50% damage on yourself.

Cons - not many damage modifiers, but as I mentioned its HC build so Hope for your advices and help.

Skills -
1) Leap with Alabaster for Stun. + Fury Generation
2) Cleave with golden for really good Fury regen.
3) War Cry with Alabaster - Fury Gen + Really good Survive tool. As U having +100% Armor + 50% total Hp and good Hp REgen.
4) Battle Rage with golden - for some additional damage and Fury Generation as u're WW'er.
5) WW with golden for Unstiopable ww as 4.5 fury will be easy to gain. (If it will also be easy to gain 8+ fury then can sure change the rune.)
6) Ignore pain with golden - Survivability reduced cd and knock back to be sure u'll survive

Passives
1) Bloodthirst - + Survivability. (Hope there will be more + life leech on items so it will be really hard to kill u)
2) Weapon Master - Fury Regen ( Mighty Weapons) ans some damage modifiers.
3) Relentless - Survivability and possibility to keep WWing

I'd like to request a graveyard in our B.NET profile where we can review all of our dead HC characters. If history is maintained it would help soften the blow of dying permanently, and make the experience of playing HC less daunting.

It could be something simple which just lists all of your characters, allows people to inspect each character to see the current equipment and skills you were using when killed, and the place/mode of death (i.e. Killed by "PlayerX" in a duel, Killed by a Grotesque in the Catacombs of Act 1, Normal, etc). It would also show which items were removed from the HC item pool with player inspect. "Wow, that person died with a Windforce and two SOJ's. Too bad..."
