Was pretty funny considering the game was a dud (my opinion). But I wonder how many people will be doing the same for D3.

I never thought of that. The idea that the 'humans' may have their powers return will be awesome. Maybe the game won't simply be Heaven vs Hell but Heaven vs Hell vs Human.

I wouldn't want to, especially if it's not an MMO.

But being me, I would probably pay. Unless the game turned out really shit.

Heh, if Blizzard were to say at the WWI "We will now show you a trailer from what Team 3 has been working on..." and they Rick Rolled everyone, I believe within 24 hours all Blizzard staff would be found dead in a ditch dressed as Rick Astely.

Personally, I think a D3 trailer would make me all giddy like a schoolgirl. You know, but without the whole kissing boys behind they gym thing...

Well a bunch of them went on to create Hellgate: London which in my opinion, is a mediocre game.

Others created Castaway Studios, which is currently looking for a buyer as they are going under due to financial concerns (they haven't made any money yet).

Perhaps them leaving was never the worst thing for Diablo III. Perhaps the relocation of Blizzard North was so Blizzard can ensure that the remaining team gets their shit sorted.

It's been about 2 years since I posted here, but I thought after following this thread I might as well jump in too.

As it's not an announcement, my guess is it's probably concept art for an 'unannounced title' that may just happen to involve a large red demon. The banner on this site includes a pic of Diablo's head which I have seen elsewhere. I think maybe this pic along with http://users.tpg.com.au/ludwig83//diablo-archive.jpg may be unveiled as the 'new look' of Diablo.

Sorry if this seems unwarranted but I just think it's really homo that this post is titled "Diablo III proof of existance!" and features over 40 pages of accusations all which fail to provide absoloutly any proof at all.

If the only 'proof' available at this time is someone's word that "it's in development", well we pretty knew that already. My interpretation of proof will be a screenshot, or an official announcement, or a video clip. Rest assured I want D3 as much as any of us, and like to believe it is in the works.

Also, if you are able to port D2 characters across, then surely the D2 classes would also be available in the new game to create from scratch, meaning they would have the exact same skill sets and characteristics; something I can't imagine happening.
