Wow - this post was exactly what was running through my head. I dont want to hover my mouse over a skill and see 1/2 page of formulaes and crap, i wanna see something that easily translates to - use a fast weapon, or get more attack power.
Then when i get to inferno and start min/maxing, ill be happy to look up a web page and start running complicated maths (games that require maths, just enjoy it people sheesh)
Besides, add a rune to the skill and the skill is changed completely......

Blackthorne: Taking turns at this with my brother on a finish level/ die handover basis, was not the best method.
Vikings 2: getting pissed off that my mum finished it before me
Warcraft 2: Scavenging 1mb of ram from the upgrade where we got 4mb so it would play midi music, and running in windows 3.1 to get exrea ram from virtual memory
Diablo: Wishing i had Diablo2, buying crazy items from Adria
Starcraft: Tower defence mods, Final fantasy mods, and that crazy mod where units constantly spawn
Diablo 2: The fact that for about 3 years, every lan reverted to HLDeathmatch and diablo 2, oh, and fricking Fetishes, my pally hated them
Warcraft 3: OMGWUT look at the graphics OMG Creeps is best map EVA
WOW: Drama! and the first time we took down Onyxia. was a golden moment.
Starcraft 2: getting zealot rushed 1 min into the game by 2 mofos and wiping within 2 mins. never played MP again

and even then the crowd control DH's bring is freaking awesome, specially when you consider how often it can be used.
Caltraps, as an example, was cool for slowing down 1 pack while you busied yourself with another, I cant see that being anything but essential in Inferno.
DH will be very useful end game i guarantee.....

Playing the beta, the pets and followers seemed ok, (dogs did die easily if they took the SK on from the front, but hey, just re-summon them)
I cant see how this would improve things, it would just add another thing to worry about when fighting. It felt that the pets aren't really strong enough to be the main force of your attack, even in a summon build.
One of the things i liked about summoning classes in D2 and 3 is that you summon them, then they are chaotic forces of destruction wreaking havoc and mayhem. Making them controllable would be a drag.

But in sanctuary, is Heaven/Hell up/down, or is sanctuary just a world floating betweem whats left of the original dude, ie the spine thingy that is heaven, or the dead body of hell?

I Still have 2 opinions what the comet is, It could be tyrael, the hole glows Blue, which is not really an evil colour, doubt it would have been chosen to represent something evil, could be tyrael crashing to earth after getting his butt handed to him (doubt he would initiate any attacks)
But the skeleton king says the power of the comet woke him, and it caused all the undead to come up, so i doubt it is good in nature, is most likely a weapon/creature that is evil. Searching for something that was left behind maybe?
Still in 2 minds. ah well 2 weeks till we find out i suppose.

In Queensland, Australia it starts at 5:00pm, so i can finish work, and go play.
Got 2 days off then friday is a public holiday (our city has a show holiday on friday)
So i can get 5 days gaming and only have 2 off work.

Does each blow alternate between weapons, or dies it add em up?
Are thare any skill that do both weapons at the same time if you have 2?
The reason i ask, is to see wether it is better to have 2 one handed weapons or go for 1 2 hander with better stats.
If this has already been discussed, can someone point me in the right direction?
