The term is "bastard modding" and yes it can happen quite often when the players are more experienced. Basically it's when the mod puts in things and then doesn't tell some or everyone about them.
But of course it's by nature, very newbie-unfriendly, which is why Gunner and I freaked out when we thought he actually used it in this game lol.
Really? I don't see it anywhere in the rules. And since I pretty well highlighted my modifications and the original is right above it and hasn't been edited I think most people can manage to figure it out.
