Ye when I tab'ed back in I was at the char screen and got the 3000000008 or what ever error

You do need some rest in between or you wont make it very far.
I run 3 times a week, mon,wed,friday doing 9 miles in 1hour 10mins always trying to improve it.
Tue,thur,sat is core and weight training aprox 1 hour of workout 10x4 reps.
Most important thing is that you make some kind of plan and stick too it. If you for some reason dont have that much time to run in your daily routine you can try the 8min workout, basically you run at your maximum speed for 2mins then walk 1min then 2mins sprint 1min walk 2min sprint and stop your workout is over. This only works if you run untill you almost puke and cant breathe at the end of it.
Just for fun try to do a coopers test and post your results.
